- The 2011 Snyder ST600-C is a Chinese 3-Wheeler that is weird in every way. Technically classified as a motorcycle, it is one of the most unsafe feeling "cars" I've ever driven. It's a 4-door, rear wheel drive vehicle with a 4-speed manual transmission, 35 horsepower, and virtually no creature comforts. Originally it retailed for almost $8,000, but WatchJRGo was able to pick it up 9 years later for just $1,800. Come along as we take a tour of it and then get it out on the road!

This really makes my old Daewoo Matiz look like a premium car😀 I saw lots of these last year in China.

This is just a wonderful 3 wheeler version of a Daewoo Matiz which I still see regularly on the streets here in the Netherlands.
It's clearly a "car" meant for sweet jumps. Well, probably just one....really sweet jump. Just wear a helmet and bubble wrap, and please catch the action with multiple go-pros.

They actually drove a very similar “car” when top gear did their china episode. 25 or 30 years ago vehicles like this were what most chinese families owned and they were lucky to have them. Most people don’t realize how quickly china has come into modern times. While we’ve been sitting on our collective asses china has caught up and will surpass us!

the exterior is a daewoo matiz, in some countries Chevrolet spark/matiz, it came with a 800cc engine but in the front, some trim levels had AC and power steering, this is something else, some Frankenstein :))) you could flip it with 4 wheels, can only imagine with 3...

It is not a car even in China either, it's a tri-motorcycle. This kind of tricycles has disappeared for many years as too easy to get broken and very unsafety. Normally in China, only the old people will buy this kind of tricycle and drive it in the countryside as it is cheaper compared to a car. And it's designed for low-speed and short distance. But now in China, it has evolved into electric, which doesn't ask for a driving license and the motor plate.

I have a zap xebra pk, 3 wheel electric truck, i think it has the same suspension , at least in the front, where can i find parts for this car if you have the same strut as mine in the front?
What could you replace the KM dash with? Feels like that would be kinda annoying for long drives or if you don’t know your metrics
In Australia there used to be a simple little kit you could fit to a mph speedo to change it to kms. I suppose you could make the same kind of kit with the gearing reversed.

In the beginning it was designed for FIAT by Italdesign - it was called Italdesign Lucciola (google that :)).
But at that time FIAT wasn't interested in buying it, so Italdesign searched for another customer and Daewoo happened to be in need for a new small car and bought the design - just slightly changing it to be a 5-door.
Then it was sold/licensed to chinesee manufacturer called Dezhou Fulu Motor and made into a 3 wheeler, then sold as Snyder in the US.

It looks like it's based on a Daewoo Matiz minus one wheel, and the engine transferred into the rear.
I need this because I can't wait till 2040 to import a fiat 500 twin air.

Chevy Sprint non turbo with 337,575 miles died could use a good replacement. Wife don't like the 1982 S10. It's a gas pig and build pressure in the crank, I'll trade the s10 in on it.

I understand this thing is 9 years old? therefore what maintenance has it had and who by?, i bet it was a decent viable motor as a city car when new , but , the rear track is too narrow.

The Reliant Robin is far superior despite being decades older. interesting little car tho. Id drive one. But i am familiar with 3 wheelers. putting 10k in my Reliant. My 36 year old Reliant is allot faster and more stable due to how light the car is. also less rattles.
This car is for me. I don't have a car license only a motorcycle one.
Maybe you could import an old Reliant from Britain. 800cc four cylinder engine, much more car like but still technically a motorcycle.

Elliott Alvis if you ever want to invest any for fun let me know. you can get alll types thru alibaba very fun to look at but not totally sure how to get one over here.(without breaking the bank) There are even 6 door van versions and Ute pickup trucks! As well as ev versions! I’d love to put training wheels on that thing!

You would have been safer in a bumper car.. OH MY GOD...I have to process this a bit more ...! I don't think I would even feel safe, driving this rickshaw type creature in a10 mph gated community. Simply, sheer TERROR. On a happier note, I bet it really attracts the ladies!

The reason they took off a wheel and register as a motorcycle so that they don't have to comply with safety regulations which is nonexistent in this vehicle
