    Thank you so much! Exactly what I needed after a crappy day at work, knowing I wanted (and needed) to move my body.... but didn't have any "extra" energy to give... this is awesome!

    I don’t know how you did 15 reps of skull crushers, I could barely do 12 😵‍💫 must be the baby holding arm exhaustion 😅
