  • 40/40 Workout designed for women over 40 specifically but can be enjoyed by anyone. You don’t need more than 40minutes of exercise. What you need is consistency and accountability. This episode will target full body.

    Keep these exercise coming I’m gonna try and be more consistent with my workouts my why is body transformation I’m gonna use all your work out so keep them coming esp the dancing ones please you gonna be my CZcams trainer

      I recommend you starting with one of the earlier ones. This is #9 in the series
