So Verstappen needs a teammate who is not quite as fast as him but it's still fast enough to keep behind him, will move out of the way at every opportunity, and block others at every opportunity, and is willing to accept Verstappen not taking any team orders to help him... Good luck.

I mean everyone knew that this team was built around the young talent. I can't imagine Checo not knowing that he's in Max's team. Right now he's got two choices 1) suck it up and keep driving. 2) retaliate and get dropped.

It happened at every team, simply because an oversteering car is much faster than an understeering one. So naturally the driver that can feel more comfortable in that car will extract more performance

Not even being rude, but I genuinely donât understand how anyone can root for Max. He is a 12 year old that knows how to drive an F1 car. From his dangerous driving, kamikaze moves requiring other drivers to bail out or wreck (see Silverstone the week after Lewis said he wasnât backing out during Maxâs kamikaze moves anymore), constant pouting, beyond arrogance, and easily the most selfish driver in F1 with more ego than the rest of the field combined. He's just doing his own race and trying to score the most points he can, that isn't the same as helping Max.. by that logic Verstappen helped Perez at least 14 times by finishing ahead of Leclerc and reducing the points he got.

Checo is Red Bullâs #2 driver. Blocking (within the Rules) is one of the jobs of the #2 driver. Checo was just doing his job. Nothing more.
Nothing required him to give up a race lead to help Max, but a lot of Max haters are suggesting Max should have given his lead to Checo. Thatâs insane. Charles would have slipped by Max and Red Bull would have finished the race 2-3 instead of 1-3.
I seriously hope that drivers fight for the championship like, Seb & Mark, Lewis & Nico. Atleast 50% for themselves
