This was my first team event, and absolutely loved it - the strategy, the camaraderie, the racing - fantastic stuff.

We had to change strategy on the fly to keep up with the podium teams and managed to get a decent result, despite a few controversial incidents on track!

COMPETITION CLOSES FRIDAY 22 APRIL 2022. Winners will be announced on Instagram (mattwildbore) and CZcams.
Winners requirements: Must be Subscribed to the channel and comment the correct Kart number.
Must provide a contact number to organise dates for the race.
Must be able to drive adult Karts.
Available dates will be given to the winners and the race will be booked on the day that the majority of drivers can attend.

Great coverage Matt. I saw no point in trying to battle with you as it would have just slowed both of us down (unlike some drivers out ther) and when we're looking at a race that last the best part of 4 hours there's no point in tripping each other up for a short term gain

I’ve been in a similar crash though the esses the guy left me no room just like you and he got the black and white so for me he closed the door on you
Thanks for your input Daryol! Yeah, I think I could have been left more room for sure, I did think on the day I was further alongside, but our wheels were in line and the door was wide open

I said it was a racing incident? I haven’t pinned anything on anyone, it’s pretty clear how I broke the video down, all I’ve said is more space could have been given.
Can’t speak to what happened tonight, nothing to do with me. Jack Lister has always been very clean and fair. Of course there’s always going to be incidents.
Getting pushed straight forward deliberately into a barrier isn’t the same thing as the incident on lap 2.
As I say, the video for that was broken down quite clearly, you have to take your part of the responsibility also.
@@jacklister962 Yeah mate, I'm sorry about that, I tried to give you the nod to go ahead after the flag waved, I thought that with you running wide once the green was going was an indication for me to go for the gap, take as you want but I am genuinely sorry about that.
@@MattWildbore I agree with your points above, may be misinterpretation but I felt that the "More space" comment was aimed towards me, I understand if that isnt the case.
I don't necessarily remember purposely pushing you into a barrier, that may be due to the 4 days since the event, if it was it may mainly be down to accident.
I take responsibility for some nudges I may have given you at time, as you stated, pushing around Bear isn't a good move, I understand the frustrations.
Good race anyway.
@@hewlandkarting so how are you going to justify your move on me at the last corner? Didn’t even have your kart alongside mine but just drive in a straight line to take out the driver, I’m sorry but you can’t expect clean racing if you don’t give it yourself.
