- If you ever get a chance, get out and explore Alaska! Hiking the Crow Pass Trail is a great way to do that!
My cousin chase and I hiked this trail for the first time here in August 2017. Fun filled adventure with glacier exploring, bear sightings, intense river crossings, getting lost finding a campsite and then lastly taking a quick dip in the Eagle River.
Trail is 26 miles long and we started in Girdwood, Alaska and finished off our trip in Eagle River. Highly recommended trip!
This was my first trip with my new GH5 camera. Thanks Chase for the drone footage as i didn't want to pack my phantom 4 drone all the way.
If you're still reading, comment below something nice and have a great day! :)
Tossing rocks down is stoooopid! Climbers have been killed from hikers doing this. No, no, no. and hiking in jeans? Okay, yes, it is a very nicely done video otherwise. No one should use it as guidance of any kind!
@@hlruen AMEN.
I love the background music at 13:13. It is a Jackie Cheng’s movie theme song. 無盡的愛
I really enjoyed this video! Totally hiking this trail next time I get the chance.
It a good movie. The shooting is very good. Nice to look at. Well done boys. Take another one.
Thanks!! We hope you watch more :)
amazing bro
That was an incredible adventure and fantastic job on your video!!
Incredibly nice footage. You captured this place beautifully! Also, A+ drone footage dude!
Thanks guys!

Always a gorgeous video. Seems like a great hike man!
Thanks guys. It was a fantastic trip!
@@TheAlaskanOutsider great to hear from you! Hope you're well.
aaaaa, could not continue watching after the rock throwing.. such mix of utter stupidity and danger for others. it's 2020 and I just can't..
I understand that people are concerned with rolling rocks down the hill when other hikers are below them. However, we were 1/2 mile off trail with no other hikers within miles of us. Also, the rock rolled aproximently 50 feet from the location we dislodged it. The only people who were in danger from moving this big rock was us and we were willing to take the chance!
@@TheAlaskanOutsider appreciate you taking time and trying to explain. But also pls understand that never throwing rocks intentionally is a Mountains ABC. And yes, even if you think you're alone :) Much like people who are used to handling guns properly would never point a gun at a person, even if its empty. We just cringe at these things. Peace.
@@olgafrolova4382 That's a good point. Thanks for your civil comment to explain!
Best wishes for your 2021!

@@TheAlaskanOutsider Maaaaan in one word, a whirlwind.
Loved the video. I am trying to find your cousins version but am unable to find his username ect. Could you comment the link ?
You got a salomon shoes? Did it get soaked when you walked it on the river?
I actually brought some keen sandals for the river crossing portion so my salomon shoes didn't get wet!
Three years ago I almost got killed by some jackass, throwing rocks down the mountain....just saying.
Is the trail well marked?
What camera do you use?
The GH5! But now I use the Canon R5
these guys have got to be the biggest clowns i have seen.
Love getting outside and having fun, no doubt about that! Also now that I'm 3 years older and married I'm not quiet as silly.

…..tossing rocks down are you KIDDING? Short of being omniscient you CANNOT ever 100% know that no one is below. How horribly immature and frankly evil. I do search and rescue and am SO SICK of seeing people online DO STUFF LIKE THIS!!!! I seriously hope you have gotten some actual sense and brains and realized that any actual real wilderness personnel would lose respect for you INSTANTLY due to behaviors in this video. Wow just WOW!
