Becoming an Instructor in MD is way too easy and eventually become more strict. Theres an instructor every block and 9/10 of them are teaching horrific fundamentals and knowledge. And this goes for pistol and rifle, I feel like MD will start making instructors shoot every few years and take tests to keep their certifications.

Too right!
Ending racism in the police is necessary for our liberties and freedom! Its great when everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.
You misspelled “Unicorn.”
Every regulation and "law" mentioned is unconstitutional
There was an assumption on the part of the cops. They assume that, just because he had firearms that he was dangerous, i just because the words armed and dangerous are together in the same sentence. Does it mean that they are linked to each other their discrete ideas you can be armed and you can also be dangerous just because you’re armed does not imply that you’re dangerous and it seems that the only factor they use in determining whether or not he was dangerous was that he was armed . now you could also argue that they did it because of his race but we don’t have any proof of that, so we will ignore that.
@@trippmoore they didn’t assume he was dangerous… if they did then they would have had their guns out lol. They approached him very calmly, but cautiously. If you think that their actions show that they thought he was “dangerous”, then you do not understand the daily obstacles of police work

Mind you bro dude is ex law enforcement so that set the officers at ease and this ex officer knows the drill so what do you get 🤷🏾♂️ joking around and laughter 😂
It would also be nice if cops read the constitution one time. They did swear to uphold it. I don't see anything in the constitution that says; "If you see someone exercising a guaranteed right during some other enforcement action like a civil citation, go ahead harass them as if their rights suddenly become equivalent to probable cause for a crime."
Not every interaction is the same or like this one sadly.
The problem is the 99% of people who smooth talk just like this guy that suddenly pull and start blasting.

I love how the male cop on the passenger side of the vehicle connected with him on a personal level, he spoke to the driver in the manner in which the driver was used to, instead of asking the driver a million questions he just let the driver tell his entire story without interrupting him too much, they clearly articulated to him what they were obligated to do and did so with an amazing amount of respect and understanding. I wish that all other police interactions were like this.
Yeah they were like 2 bros haha.
The dude on the passenger side asked 90% of the questions.
The important part is the driver brought no unwarranted hostility and cooperated, and the officers did not over step, make assumptions, or escalate anything.
That’s because they’re two brothers policing their own communities..driver can relate snd so can’t the cop. It ain’t some old white man that’s high of Ben Shapiro trying to bring order to blue cities

@@BeaugosseRiche Yeah edgy, that’s the word. I’m not like, distrustful of cops because one of them groped my wife under the pretense of a search while his partner pointed a gun at my head. All this after they fabricated a reason to stop us after pulling up next to us at a stop light and leering at my wife. This happened years ago and I still have nightmares about that feeling of helplessness.
I guess I should consider myself lucky they didn’t shoot me and rape my wife yeah? I mean, cops have done that before.
Maybe you shouldn’t be such a fucking bootlicker, it won’t help when they decide to fuck with you.
It started with the officers not being assholes in the beginning. Some auditors are assholes themselves, but the officer ego can lower or raise the tension of a situation. After all they are the highest authority in most situations.
One of the most chilled interactions from both officers and civilians on this channel so far.
So much so, that I actually have a hard time believing it.
But, dude could absolutely have thrown the cosmic dice and hit the 5%. Pulled over by reasonable, intelligent people….acted like a reasonable intelligent human, had an optimal outcome.
I think being a firearms instructor helped him vibe with them
The way he acted was a big part of this. No screaming and yelling and not following commands etc.
Its really nice to see some good examples. Cause usually they are not being posted anywhere unlike the tragical ones
DAMN ! This video recorded interaction should be used as a training video for any and all police departments as to how this type of interaction should happen . I have to say I was not expecting this type of video today . It's absolutely refreshing to see any police officers handle a situation of this magnitude with such professionalism. Kudos to all involved in this interaction and happy to see everyone go home happy , safe and alive with no potential for any lawsuit due to an overreaction or an ego getting involved. 😀
100% agree.
Because you brainwashed to think that all police is brutal. Just a question how many police interactions you or ppl you know had, where you/they was polite and answered all questions and end up in prison, shot or with other bad experience?
@@SuperKREPSINIS Sadly you don't hear about all the normal day to day interactions with police that happen . Sadly you only hear about the bad cops that do stupid shit and cost taxpayers millions every year in lawsuits. SADLY positive police interactions such as this video aren't published enough on youtube to demonstrate that not every cop is tyrant . So not I'm not brainwashed , I've just come to expect that when a video is on youtube and involves a black man , guns and cops , I expect the worse to happen because that's what garners view and discussion and is most often posted . To answer your question I have had a few bad police interactions when I was assaulted by homeless vagrant junkies and MY actions were called into question and the junkie was handled with kid gloves . There's countless videos on YT were people do nothing wrong in a police interaction , but because of a perceived slight from that person the cop arrests them for no other reason than to be a prick . Just remember this about YT and the internet in general , what ever you want confirmation on about in life you can find it by googling it .
Very rare to get a compliant traffic stop like this. Learning manners and compliance by the public is more to the point. Most cases the police are more than affible , its the offenders with bad attitude that cause problems.
@@SuperKREPSINIS It's not that we're brainwashed, it's the media effect. Media such as CZcams usually sticks to bad interactions for entertainment to get views. So you don't see as many good interactions.
Also it's not just being polite and answering the questions, as you know from many videos, some people will get confused or scared, or even apprehensive to some questions an officer will give, or reactions they have, because the officer themself isn't 100% aware of your rights to privacy and safety.
If a cop wants you to step out of the vehicle with no reasonable suspicion of a crime or other reason like a frisk (in this case), you're not going to want to do so for whatever reason you may have (comfort, fear etc). If they want you to identify you with no reasonable suspicion of a crime, you don't have to identify yourself and have a right to maintain your privacy in public. If they come to the window shouting obscenities, no amount of politeness will change that fear they're instilling in you towards police in general, which hurts future encounters.
See? You don't have to be a douche or Tyrant to do your job right and be safe. This warms my heart. This video should be used as a training video
See, you dont alway habe to deny what cops demand, just give information needed and explain things. This video should be used on both sides as a training video

It's really this simple guys. If you're a lawful citizen, giving respect, you get it back. So simple.
It's really quite impressive to see Officers not freak out and create an unnecessarily dangerous situation here. Not that they should, but they very often do, and over a lot less. This was well handled by everyone.
It was only because the guy was white. You know that, right? If he was black, he would been shot dead on the spot.
Right? all too often when cops see a gun on the citizen they stopped, it's immediate drawing of service weapons and barking orders, and sometimes a mag dump on the citizen if he gets out of the car wrong.

I respectfully disagree.
The current standard for police is extremely broken and in desperate need of a massive overhaul and a complete policy rewrite starting with removing their ability to investigate and police themselves. It’s obvious that police cannot be trusted with the overly permissive abilities they currently hold.
We shouldn’t celebrate the fact that this man wasn’t murdered, had his rights violated, had his property and money wrongfully confiscated, or that he wasn’t verbally or physically abused. These officers don’t deserve awards for talking to him like a normal human being and conducting their business appropriately. Instead, we should punish those who don’t conduct themselves like these officers and strip those who feel the need to act like animals. It’s clear a large portion of those with badges and guns have no business with any authority by how they interact with people who they consider beneath them. The public shouldn’t ever be beneath the police but somewhere along the way things shifted from community policing and police officers being neighbors and family to citations, “killology” and training that tells cops that after killing a person they’ll go home and have the best sex of their life, and the fact that officers feel comfortable initiating contact with massive attitudes dripping with disgust and disdain for the public they are supposed to serve.
Yes !!! R E S P E C T !!!
Getting an award because you did your job as described in the job description? lol
There’s a good deal of professionalism but sadly that’s not recorded or it’s not what draws views, attention and engagement. Bad and good in life, period. However, the bad overshadows the good and what keeps interest.
A cop taking their oath seriously and honestly just doesn’t draw the same numbers as one who’s a nasty, rude, power hungry jerkoff. It just doesn’t. Same with words spreading quick, the negative travels faster and further.
As a former LEO I can appreciate a truly professional group doing it right, and a citizen who knew his rights acting in a professional manner. Cudos to all.
If I were the cop I wouldn't have questioned him so much about the guns. I would have just checked his ID to make sure he wasn't a violent felon.

This video should be shown in every police academy around the country. This is textbook perfection on both sides. I’m sure 2Gunz can use this to show his students how they should handle themselves in similar situations, and the Baltimore police department should use these officers as the gold standard on how to deal with citizens in such scenarios.
100% I have a CCW and if I get pulled over and have it on me im gonna be the same. hands on the steering wheel until asked anything. and then be open about having the weapon even though its not required. I rather the cop hear it from my mouth than him seeing it when i reach over for paperwork.
100%
It wouldn't help. They have called backup on me several times with no firearms or criminal history
All except for not having a permit for his car makes him look unprofessional.
The problem is not training. The problem is pre existing bias of certain officers before they even join the force. You can train all you want, but you can't change a racist mindset with training. They should not be on the force to begin with. Same applies to black officers that are corrupt and choose to engage in black on black crime, like the recent events on the news. Training can't fix that mindset.
Respect for these exemplary officers.

I kind of understand however why do so many comments imply that the right behaviour of the target of authority and not the professionalism if those exercising that authority.

I'm a Baltimore City resident and my father was a Baltimore City Police officer for 30 years. I've had some EXTREMELY unpleasant encounters with both Baltimore City and Baltimore Co police officers. This video was great to watch. It just goes to show that there are plenty of officers that not only know their job but do it with professionalism and respect.
True. I immediately thought of the family who were held at gunpoint because a little girl allegedly stole a doll from a dollar store, as well as the family who were held at gunpoint and forced face-down on the hot pavement because they were allegedly in a stolen vehicle (when the alleged stolen vehicle was a motorcycle and the family was in an automobile). You can guess the race of the families.
