- wreszcie udało sie wykonać cały wydech, zeby moc wyjechac na ulice i dokonać amatorskich pomiarów przyspieszeń i hamowni. Wyniki jak na oem ecu i strojenie tylko na LPG całkowicie zadowala

You are very smart to start off with low boost, I did the same with my turbo conversion - started off at 3psi.
I tell other people to try low boost first when adding a turbocharger.
Thx Man, I'm into boosting quite some time and as you sad, new setups should be checked for the first time at lowest boost possible

probably next weekend will be his first full drift event, so hopefully will be more skids to show :)
Super sprawa, fajnie to wygląda na wykresach i nagraniach. Jak poradziłeś sobie z zapłonem na seryjnym sterowniku/lpg? Zastanawiam się czy taki projekt bez deta może upalać zadowalająco
dziekuje! Sterownik jest totalnie seryjny wiec zaplon jest po prostu..jaki jest ;) Konsultowane z Piotrem z TF i Zgrywusami - mowią, ze nie stuka. Ale jeśli nawet, to stuknie na samym wejściu boosta - krzywdy nie powinno mu to zrobić. M43 jest dośc kuloodporne, a DME 1.7 ma juz samo w sobie calkiem zaawansowane zarządzanie korektą od stuków . Jak padnie, to się włozy 1.9, także nawet nie będę płakał. To jest setup do testów i zabawy z homemade turbo jak najmniejszym kosztem
Czyli złożyłeś mechanicznie turbo i ktoś Ci ogarnął mapę na ori sterowniku? Żadnej rzeźby z elektroniką?
@@brianoconor3500 zlozylem całość sam i sam wystroilem lpg. Ecu jest totalnie seryjne 🙂 właśnie przez to (różnica między wielkością wtryskow seryjnych i dość dużych do gazu) nie ma możliwości wysterowania równego afr przez cały przebieg boostu, ale ogólnie jest bezpiecznie i auto jeździ bez problemu. W sumie to jezdziŁO - dopóki ktoś w niego nie wjechal 😂

@@SaNgaRdaLg nie no to nadal na na pewno było słabsze, tam trzyma kolektor i zawory zarzynają pływać. Na 0.5 okolice 170- 180 ale na barze raczej nie więcej niż 210. Moment na pewno fajnie wzrósł wtedy,ale do utrzymania góry potrzebne byłyby kolejne mody. Może nowy właściciel będzie chciał kontynuować, zobaczymy
ja do swojej też chce turbo wsadzić ale jestem totalnie zielony w temacie. Dobrze będzie mi wymienić inne części typu wydech, hamulce itp? i czy nie podniesie spalania jakoś bardzo?
Nie mając na prawdę nic złego na myśli, jesli nie masz pojecia o turbo i nie masz zamiaru zostawić za zrobienie tego komuś 7-8-9tys to mysl tylko o prostym swapie na jakiekolwiek 6 cylindrów. Spalanie? Moc z sanego powietrza sie nie bierze 😉 ja hamulców nie ruszałem, bo auto jest do driftu na malych zamkniętych placach. Na ulice i latanie 100kmh+ jak najbardziej wypadałoby
Hello my friend i am thinking of turbocharging my M40B16 E30, but i also think about puting a M30B35 inside, M40 parts are easier to find here in Greece and also it's less problem with a turbo than a 6cylinder engine from a tank :p, is it worth it?(Turbocharging, do you have good torque for drifting? How is the turbo lag, while drifting?How does the engine hold up?)
Hi. those old engines are very reliable. It still runs and shreds in other hands. M40 as I heared is bit worse for making more power due to problems with camshaft usage but overall similar strong as m43
Whats the set up on the car like what ecu and injectors and how is it to drive
setup is tuned on ecu for LPG (liquid power gas) and ECU is leaved totally stock. I've met some problems with tune afr thru the whole range 'on point' so low rpm are way too rich, but overall car drives smooth as a stock car. Made already few longer trips without any problems. Just feels like with 2,0 motor swap :) Accelerates from 80km/h, 100, 120+ were with stock 1.6 quite boring, now car is like 500kg 'lighter' :)

Hi. Giving you a price makes no sense - you can build a turbo kit from a numerous different parts which cost different. I made it by my self - no workshop costs. Etc etc...if you are making it on used parts, it can be really cheap. Safe HP proven in poland on healthy unopend motor is around 200-210. Above that you became valve float (too weak valvesprings) and without valvetrain upgrade you will even not make any more. Good luck with your build!

Road dyno, at the crank not whp, ofcourse. 16x HP on 0.4 bar is normal number

How did u setup the boost?
Just manual boost controler between boost side and wastegate

@@jaty3444 oem ecu and injectors, not touched, stock. Fuel for boost was tuned with AFR gauge on LPG installation, Liquid Power Gas. Very common in Europe for economy. Don't know do you know such sotutions :)
