Buy an A40 Volvo Michael, some machine drove them for a few years … …. Can throw a bowser or dust suppression unit on it, get it on HS2 project or quarry work ….. use the skip body from the dumper for a dumper trailer, throw it on a chassis …winner winner chicken dinner….. those roto tilt headstocks are some addition to a track machine…. Nice machinery at that auction… great video mate keep up the good work…. Hello 👋 from Kilkenny Ireland 👍🏻
Our local John Deere dealer used to sell JLG some years ago we had one on demo, but they didn't sell well and dropped selling them parts availability was a issue I think.
“The engine will be in the back under the exhaust somewhere” 😂😂😂😂 a cheap batch mix truck could be a good idea if you have a lot of concrete to mix then sell it on 🤷♂️
i used to drive pc1250 in a open cast quarry the one i was on had a ladder that was not hydro the ram on the side was a gas shock to help lifting and lowering it and had a chain on it to either pull up or down by by hand i cant see in the vid if its the same set up as mine was good bit of kit tho could move some muck with them but needed to the amount of fuel it used every day and grab rails on volvo are orange as standard from the factory
The Blue & Yellow Crane sign written "Thanet Crane Hire" would have started out with Macduff Crane Hire / Macduff Shipyard, in North East Scotland, the "SV" at the Start is our local area Reg. for Aberdeenshire. Blue & Yellow are Macduff's Fleet Colours. 👍👍
Yes Michael, JLG is an American company based in McOnnelsburg PA. They were purchased by the. Oshkosh group in 2006. Big here in the States. I had the opportunity to meet them back in 1985 looking for them to build a British mini excavator and loader under license. Unfortunately the managing director of the British company didn’t understand the market here and the deal fell flat quickly. 🏴🇺🇸
