1 Stick of Butter (Unsalted or you can also use Dari Creme if you don't have butter)
1 whole Garlic head
3/4 kg Chicken
4-5 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 pack Magic Sarap (8 grams) (you can use salt or other seasonings)
Pinch of Salt
Siling Labuyo (optional)

This is super good! At first akala ko di maluluto chicken sa oil na konti then after putting garlic it started having a golden brown color on it! after cooking i served it with Rice and it was so Good!!

I think it's better to fry your chicken medium first. Then second fry it again with the the garlic and butter and cook it through. So that the butter as well as the garlic won't be so dark and burnt. That's just my take on this vid upon seing all those overcooked and burnt garlic.
