Battery is amazing for me and fingerprint scanner is just fine.Amazing phone not to bothered by the camera so I'm very happy with this phone.

Adam Luqman I take it off charge at 7 in the morning ,with medium usage throughout the day I come home at 17:00 and it's around 65% .That includes listening to music with Bluetooth headphones ,emails ,social apps ,you tube etc ,very impressed by Battery life .Excellent phone ,highly recommend anyone in purchasing one.

Fatal Beauty having said that in a couple of weeks I will be buying either this one or the Huawej honor 7x. They seem to be the 2 phones that get you more bang for your buck. I suggest you compare them and see which is best for YOU. Or maybe just end up like me completely torn between either one.
Monica Santos Honor 7x is one of the phones on my wish list. I'll surely compare them all before buying because I don't change my phone for several years.

Micaiah Shoban Raj it gives me around 5 to 6 hours on moderate to heavy usage but it lasts more than a day for me
Same here. I was surprised how good its battery was, compared to my Infinix Zero 3. Battery capacity is roughly the same on both phones but Mi A1 lasted longer somehow. Maybe LPTS helps.

Witing on tha mail as my MI A1 will arive today. It checks all my needs and it can have a custom rom put in. Not to mention that official android 8.1 supose to be out for it this month or next.😄

Woah he said he's not happy with battery life. But then he shows 7h of screen on time. There are no flagships right now that can easily get 7 hours.
Sawyer Seth LG V30. On Reddit has lot of 10+hours of SOT.
Lowest is 8 hours of SOT.
Dragan Nikolic I'm big fan of V30 screen on time but Having 7h on this device is pretty good I might say great. You can buy for 200€ A1 on Aliexpress through their official store. It is great device. And It is very nice that it runs on stock Android. And V30 is pretty costly. It costs around 600-700€. You could buy 3 or 4 Mi A1 for price of one V30. But so far I'm impressed with camera. Wish they could implement Google camera but this one is ok. 😀

I was looking at buying one of these Mi A1 phones in the USA. They offer a Global Version online for sale. I've never owned a phone from a different "market". Do you know if this will work with 4G bands on USA GSM carriers? I've heard that these type of phones usually won't allow for 4G USA networks? Thanks for the very informative and well made video.

After using my Mi A1 for a month it actually satisfied me a lot im a Phone Fetish i always look forward on changing mobile after a month or 2 months but this mi a1 i have now is absolutely satisfying believe me its worth to buy

My fingerprint doesn't have a delay on Oreo OS. I am very happy with this phone. 3 months of use now and works perfectly.
yup its improved slightly, but still when i compare it with honor 7x or honor 9 lite i feel it has a delay of a sec or two.

I don't know why people are complaining about it's battery life, to me 3080 mAh is ample as I don't use phone extensively. Funnily enough, I can't hold this phone for longer, and it's a good thing since it won't let me stay glued to my phone (that's good from health view)....With those things, mi a1 is actually quite great phone and suitable for my needs..... And I'm not into gaming either..... Secondly, I never expected so much for such a low price.....

i have updated with dec security patch but i have 1 severe issue facing regarding the wifi.. when i connect to my home wifi i am getting very slow downldng speed in playstore but when i connct other mobile to same wifi, apps are dwnldng in mb per sec.. pls let me know how can i solve this issue..
ya front cam is not so good, but led notfy light colors doesnt matter as a con, and coming to the hybrid slot now a days every mid range phones have these but good thing is it has 64 gig of memory which is really good, cmng to battery life 7 and half hours of on screen time is pretty good , even GOOGLE pixel2 gives 6 and half screen on time. CONS are not soo Cons apart from front cam.

i w'd slightly lean towards mi a1 as stock android is expected to perform better in longer run, yes mi a1 is expected to get oreo probably some time in 1st quarter of 2018.
