I purchased your NA20 film and used it on the interior storm door glass. My question is if I can also use the same film on my dual pane windows if installed on the interior? Or is their specific film for dual pane?

What time of day is best for application of NA05 Dark? The sunlight is shining on my window, but window is not actually hot yet. Will this matter? Or is shade necessary?
It can be chosen by you. If you install NA05 on your window, your room will be very dark. You have to consider this to choose the best time for application.
Would've love to see what it looked like from the outside, specifically for privacy. Will privacy still be achieved at night when looking from outside-in and the lights are switched on inside?
There are two kinds of privacy films. One is for daytime privacy and the other one is for all time privacy. If you want to see out side in the daytime, daytime privacy film is the only option. But you are not able to see outside in either daytime or nighttime. We hope this helps you.
Does this film have some type of glue adhesive on the backing that is activated by the soap or is it just a static cling to the window?
Self adhesive window film has pressure sensitive type adhesive on the back of the film, which is made by Polyester, to be attached on the window. This film is not static cling type non-adhesive window film which is made by Vinyl.

Any tint can allows some shade but no visibility outside day or night?
The effect of privacy-enhancing window film will greatly depend on the lighting conditions because the side exposed to more light will become darker and harder to see through. This is why the privacy-effect works so well during the day, and almost not at all at night since the sun usually makes the exterior of your building much, much brighter than the interior. Is there a video when the window is oversized and requires an overlapping film for full coverage?
Unfortunately, we do not have a video of this yet. It is not easy to create a seam for larger windows. There are other helpful videos on youtube, and we hope to make one specifically about this topic soon.
Will winded work fine or soap and water is only way
If you ask about the solution, we recommend the soapy water solution with 6 liquid soap drops & 16 oz. of water.
Will windex work instead of the soapy solution?
No, it will not. Please use soapy solution.
How is the product labeled for exterior application? I bought a roll about a year ago, but am just now getting around to applying it. Label on the box is BDF S8MC Window Film Secur... Clear 8 Mil (12in X 14ft) New

Can you apply this to a curved window?
We do not recommend to apply on curved window. Because for applying curved window, film has to be shrinked by heatgun. And this requires a professional skill.
@@BDFBuyDecorativeFilm I mean an arched window. The window itself is flat, but it has an arch at the top instead of a straight edge
For example, installing film for back window of car needs professional technique to shrink film to fit the back window. Please compare the arch of your window with back window of car. We hope this answers your question.
Using the method outlined for removing the 'backing; from the film never, ever worked for me.
Make it look so easy to install, but it's not that simple. Although, the self-adhesive films are quality products, they're really pain in the rear to install.

If the release liner is taken off and adhesive side is installed on the window properly, it will not be dropped off.
Why does my window look scummy after application?
you probably didn't clean the window thoroughly prior to installation, use a scraper blade, mop and squeegee..
Because soap is trapped below
Horrible application and the video needs editing. She spends the first two minutes of the video going over prep that could have been done in a minute. Edit people! Edit!

I sometimes am annoyed with lengthy and pointless intros to videos, but got no sense of that from this video. As BDF wrote, the prep work is crucial to successful application.
