- In this video, I am restoring a set of Pontiac Rally II / 2 wheels. I chose to use masking tape, instead of a template / stencil kit. I also show the best method of masking a wheel with the tire still on. I think it is the best way to mask a wheel with the tire on.

@@ArrowheadGarage , the ones I tried were from NPD and they were terrible. They didn’t fit exactly right and weren’t very sticky. I’ve heard many are like that, regardless of where they come from. Truthfully, it would be great if you could just buy decals, instead of paint.

I really like the Rally wheel style. I am thinking about adding these to my Bird too. I noticed you used two different types of Tires. (BF goodrich P255/6015 M+ S. REAR
BF Goodrich p215/70R15 97S M+S) did that change the size of the rims too ? Thanks
The front rims are 6” wide and the rear 7” wide
