With the grease is good. In fact these bearings are not the most critical ones. When you are at mid gear, the driver and hub turn together at 1:1, so the bearings are not rolling. Only when you are at low or high gear, then the bearing will roll at the low speed (~ +/- 30% of the axial bearings). Upgrade to ceramic bearings is not necessary.
