I heard about our firemen going over to help out, hope everything starts turning around, I really feel for the wildlife and the families that have lost homes and loved ones.
He needs to be fucking kicked out of office. Then put on trial for murder and damaging property. He should never have gone on a damn vacation to anywhere. I'm so sorry This is happening to your beautiful country. Wish I could just wave a magic wand and end these fires.

Seeing the dead animal carcasses all over the sides of the street and knowing they were all trying to escape...that was truly heartbreaking.

The Bushfire's were deliberately lit as part of the CLARA Development plan, which is to build a high-speed rail network from Melbourne to Brisbane. Scott Morrison lied about sending in emergency support in the weeks just past because he needed the fires to continue its path. The Government knew that the only way they could accomplish the project is if they forced all the farmers and rural residence to move closer to the City, so they can buy up land ravaged by the fires. This whole global warming BS is just a coverup. The fire fighter? That footage is brutal. I mean, all the footage is brutal. But it's easy to forget the mental toll on these guys after 2-3 months of fire fighting already...and another 2-3 months to go.
I'm sure fire fighters from other countries would gladly come help fight. If its a matter of cost we would find a way to get them there.

I'm from Sweden and these fires were all over the news. Absolutely heartbreaking. I've never seen footage of all the dead animals before and I gotta tell ya, I'm fucking crying. I'm so sorry this happened to you, humans and animals alike. There's nothing I can say to make it feel better, but my thoughts are with all of you

However, in order to keep somekind of credibility, your handlers allowed you know that something like 8 or 10% of the fires were arsonists' acts instead of the large majority of it as according to the arrests made on the spots back in the days....

Roxzanne Zook there is a change.org petition to sue the government for negligence, you can sign that or the petition to get the Governor General involved
1st their government doesn’t allow property owners the ability to ask local FD captains/chiefs to ask permission to burn down excess dry brush on their own land...then they don’t allow the local FD’s the ability to clear same on public land. There are eco terrorism, juvenile delinquent’s, Chinese influence, and immigrants starting fires all over the country and this video doesn’t mention that once...why not?

We had a fire a few years ago in the Smokey mountains and all I can say is thank God for Dolly Parton. She gave so much money to help rebuild. Otherwise we may have been in the same shape as ya'll. I'm so sorry.
Imagine having to survive summer. Summer for us is when we grow our food and enjoy a break from the cold here in Canada. It really is heart breaking.

Some of these fires are caused by arsonists, unsure of the motive but they've started some of the fires. Others were ignoring burn bans during fire season, it's a complex issue caused by many factors.

Even with state request, the acting PM has full PM power and would traditionally deal with it when the PM is on holidays or out of the country for any reason. People are clueless on how the Australian system works and separation of power.

I play videogames with a few aussie friends, A few days ago everything was fine, until his voice stream on discord cutout, at first we thought power outage, yesterday I found out that the fire swept so fast across were he lived and I found out he did not make it. I played with this person for 2 years and now I will never hear his voice again. I will never forget his amazing hilarious upbeat attitude, as a Canadian all I can do now is remember him for that, a wonderful amazing person I would have called brother.

Me too Entonis. Fire fighters see a lot and though they're not immune to it they're usually pretty good at holding onto their resolve. When they break down it shows how hopeless they're feeling, and it's frightening. I couldn't believe all those animals. It's an apocalypse scene.

His party, and state counterparts have gutted funding for fire and emergency services in general, and the Rural Fire Service in particular. As well as putting restrictions on CSIRO research, which would normally be going into modelling climate change and predictive efforts to help the RFS monitor and manage such an event.

This whole thing, the fires… the pain… the lack of gvt response in the face of overwhelming odds… it broke my heart to watch. I donated but it felt like such a small thing in the face of what Australia was going through. Here in Canada your people are seen as phenomenal (and yes we know Australia is actually a real place), the critters are precious, and I hope 🤞 that you won’t have to face another desperate politician shushing victims or getting in the face of your volunteers the way this one did. I love that Ozzy Man is a world citizen but clearly loves his local community. That's what it's all about innit? "Think globally, act locally" I was taught in college. Who couldn't be moved by such devastation being suffered? But when it's in your own backyard, when it's your own countrymen, you feel like I did during Katrina I bet.

In Australia there is 3 levels of government. Local, state and federal. Up untill this instance, disasters were the domain of the local and state governments. As the taxpayers expectations of the federal government's response to these traditionally state and local disasters, evolved into expecting more from the federal government. He ignored a petition by 23 former fire and rescue commissioners warning an event like this could happen and that changes had to happen now, he's sided with the oil industry in incredible short term moves that will end up stabbing us in the back and has ignored all forms of science. In a debate on a scientific issue he's sided with the fucking coal industries ( whose interest lies solely in monetary gain) over actual scientists

It's a roar. You can't hear people. It's utterly terrifying. My Dad had a property when I was young. This was the early 70s. We had to drive on a road with fire on both sides to get out. The smoke was choking and we three kids were huddled in the footwell of the back seat with wet wool blankets over us, and Mum was doing the same thing in the front. Dad just had a bandana over his face and left his window down as we drove at breakneck speed, so he could try to hear if any trees were cracking and falling across the road while we drove. It was the scariest thing and it left a lasting impression on my 7 year old mind. I admire these men and women for their amazing courage.
