Sealed Beam Light Bulb Replacement

How to replace a round sealed beam bulb.
I've got a police motorcycle with two stroboscopic pursuing lights that i wanted to replace with regular halogen bulbs so I can use them as fog lights.
Simple and quick; most round sealed beam bulbs are replaced this way: on cars, motorcycles and scooters.
