Great Video. I've been a follower of your company and products. Really enjoy the stuff. I worked earlier for the local Lucas agent in Colombo Sri Lanka. And naturally i am Lucas fan. My 1970 Ford Cortina mk2 needs a lighting change. An upgrade to light units, at the moment its fitted with Koito Sealed Beams. I have looked at a pair of the old Lucas TVS BPF type units with the H4 conversion. This will not only improve the lighting but give the car that authentic period look with the Lucas Logo on it. Really appreciate your videos. Cheers TC

sealed beam bulbs are still very common at all auto part stores in America. Only a few dollars. Many styles, shapes, sizes, brightness strengths, etc. Sylvania is the company in the states that makes them all. Maybe you can order them online?

Are all sealed beam bulbs universal/interchangeable over different car brands? Or does each car model have it's own specific type? I got an old 76 Lincoln with four bulbs and was wondering if I specifically need to search for bulbs that match this model, or if the size alone is enough to order any sealed beam that simply matches it.

As long as you have the part number to your headlight you should be fine. If you don't know or don't want to check then go to sylvania's website and give it your vehicle's your year, make, and model and it will tell you what you need and where to find it

The whole point of sealed beam headlights was that they were standardized across all platforms. Sylvania is your best bet for a good one.
