Is half an hour of cooking enough to tenderize the chickpeas?
It takes more than an hour to cook the chickpeas. Please explain if you can. Thanks
No 30 minutes is not enough, you're right. In the beginning of the video I mentioned I soaked them overnight and precooked them before this video. You could use canned chickpeas if you're in a time crunch.
