Cultural Flavors is a cooking tour that takes you around the world one dish at a time. Each episode of this 13 part series provides viewers with a snapshot of life around the dinner table of a different country. In every episode, the unique characteristics of local cuisine are shown, and afterwards each recipe is recreated step-by-step. Highlighted are the spices, vegetables, meats and seafood at the core of each country's culinary culture.
I am Filipino but I love lebanon and I love watching lebanes drama and of course lebanes food is my number one choice .

I want to taste Lebanese dishes,but it's just limited to by watching only through channels.I have seen how it cooked prepared and as I observed it looks great.I hope that someday I can get there.But now that war occurs ,well it's better to just watch on CZcams.And as I observed in Lebanon women are not restricted on what to wear.It's ok if they wears shots sleeveless dress or pants and not even wearing the Muslim traditional Abaya and Veil.And women,ladies,and girls look beautiful and men too look handsome.Thanks!

Didn't realise a lot of these were Lebanese, I thought they were more morrocan/algerian/Libyan etc . If anyone is watching this from the UK there is an amazing vegan cafe in Brighton called filfil( Arabic for falafel) that sells all of this including yummy babagaboush and lebneh :) it's so refreshing. My fave place to eat in Brighton!:)

The soil of lebanon gives that fresh fruits , vegetables and farming . So if you eat it in lebanon the cuisine is prime. However Lebanese food is still good in canada or Australia or europe. Just my 50 cents. Further they say the soil of Palestine is top notch and can't be beaten where the olives amd the figs meet the same!
