    I live in California and drive through the San Joaquin Valley (400 miles north to south long) quite often. They grow a lot of nuts such as pecans. The orchards are huge, and I can see the huge economical benefit of this machine. Very interesting and informative. Thank you

    That Nut Harvester looks very well built very well Engineered. LP gas runs so smooth .. The color contrast makes me Dizzy ..
    This pair of Machines should be out working not in a Tractor show or Museum .. 11 months per year in a Museum and 1 month per year working..

    Aint no telling how much this contraption cost back in the day, I bet it had a lot to do with why so few were sold.

    Awesome find. Looks sexy together. My 520 is play/work/fun tractor. My b is locked up now but im thinking getting her out horsing her up a bit into a fun pulling tractor to follow in gramps foot steps and still do light work

    Very impressive restoration. Probably could still make a few bucks with it. Not a guard on it anywhere. Sure can't get lulled into a false sense of security around that thing.

    My guess is OHSA shut the production down for safety reasons. 3 open belt drives and at least 2 open chain drives. The 430 lacks ROPS/FLOPS protection.

    • @loganbeedy5950
      @loganbeedy5950 Před rokem

      The tractor has nothing to do with it being discontinued as ROPS weren’t made mandatory until the mid 70s but there were always an option before that
