Ich finde es interessant, dass viele Zuschauer die Kinderschokolade trotz der Verpixelung erkennen. Das spricht für die Marke.

What an amiable pair of pilots! So that little lever that the captain occasionally operated down to his right ( 9:35 ) during the approach, anyone know what it is? It wasn't the speed brake because it didn't change at touchdown.
Anyway, great video as always from this channel.

Thanks so much for the good feedback! The little lever is the speed brake lever. The lever is also used for the arming of the ground spoilers. It normally will be armed with gear down. But I still used the speed brake at this time. So it was armed by the First Officer at 10:34 after the selection of flaps 3. For that, he just pulled the lever a little up (you can see it in the video). This lever does not move during the landing. Extension of the spoilers is verified by the pilot monitoring on the lower ECAM screen. After landing, the spoilers are disarmed by the Captain by pushing the lever back in.

@@ApproachandDepartureVideos - Thank you so much for the full explanation. I think I have been under the impression that speed brakes and ground spoilers were the same thing. The same moving surfaces.

so even if the airport only has 1 runway it still has a number ?

All paved runways can usually be used from both directions. So you need to name them somehow. To make it easy, there are named by the nearest ten compass heading. So if your compass shows 357 degrees on the runway, it would be runway 36 because 360 degrees is next to 357 degrees. The same runway would be named at the other end as 18 because the compass would show 177 degrees.
