I shed a tear. I just miss watching prime MJ man. It was such a happy time in my life. His love for the game made me love the game so much. There was such a purity to it. Something I have not felt about basketball since. And probably never will

Jordan has been such an inspiration to so many people. Truly one of a kind all around.
I remember when MJ first did that dunk at 1:29.He was a junior at UNC against Maryland.It was mind boggling.We were watching the game and thought he was gonna fly by the basket and then he just reaches back and slam it.The most creative dunk for its time and for a few years after.

Say what you want but MJ had some of the greatest commercials if not the greatest commercials for a sneaker of all time.
The commercial for the Jumpman 23’s gives me chills everytime I see it. The way they encaptured his life and entire career in a 30 second spot, the background music, his voice and frames explaining his humanity and then having him at the end correcting the mindsets of the next generation of ball players…smh.
An absolutely brilliant and thought provoking piece of marketing.
There's no other athlete and any sport that has better commercials than Michael Jordan.

I had just about every T-shirt that Michael Jordan came out with. Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley had some of the best commercials. One of Michael Jordan's commercials is better than every commercial lebron James has done.

Yeah...and pretty much after those two designs, the shoe started to get real lame. AJ1s and AJ11s are the best models to me...followed by AJ3s and 4s...and finally 13s.

I always loved how in the commercial at 9:42 the last thing they showed was a little kid who looked like Jordan, staring at the screen mesmerized. It's kind of this "full circle" theme where he shows himself as a kid but also saying the next Jordan was out there.

The jordan 3 true blues were my first Jordan’s ever and always hold a pretty close spot to my heart cuz that was when my parents bought em for me on christmas. We didn’t have much so it always stuck with me how they saved up to buy me the true blues in 2016.

The two ads that i remember seeing in the UK as a kid was 11s and 13s. I still get goosebumps seeing these ads as it was him that got me into playing basketball. I just wish i could have got to see him in that bulls team

The 5 & 6 are to me the two most iconic of them all. Followed by the 11, 4, and 12. The 1, 3 and 4 seem to be more popular today than they were even then

Mannnnn...... I feel like a kid again!!!!! Now I gotta go watch the Gatorade commercials lol. MJ, Penny, & Deion were the only shoes I wore, with a few Bo Jacksons & Barkleys in the mix. Jordans still til this day are my go to collection of shoes but only retros, with 1-12 being my all time favs.
The 3rd commercial where he dunks the ball is when his shoes flew off the shelf. I was in 8th grade and kids thought those shoes will help them jump high.
3, 4, 5 and 6 for me. Never bought any other models. I just love these . The 6 was my very first Jordan back then.

Crazy having flashbacks watching these. I honestly feel bad for the kids that didn’t grow up watching Mike. I’m not sure they can ever fully understand how dominant he was at everything basketball.

Its the cement 3's for me in black and one other colour, really simple and clean. Love em. Not many here in England I gotta be honest they're not that popular but I think theyre indestructible i had a pair for 5 years as a teenager and hammered them climbing trees and stuff and they still kept my feet dry.
