Mine came early a few weeks earlier than expected. It's still packaged an sitting in the garage. I'm still preparing my room for it. I'm kind of intimidated by it, to be honest. Your videos are going to be a big help!
You will be fine, just get started once you take that first step you will be on your way. I do one on one classes is you need further help. Computercreations@charter.net
@@computercreationzI finally got my machine set up!. I totally underestimated how big it is. I had to enlist my niece’s boyfriend to help my daughter and I to lift it. She is a beauty! I did build the cart you showed in another video. The dimensions were perfect. I am interested in your one on one classes. I will contact you.
Your videos are very good and informative. I own a Bolt like many, many people these days. It's becoming more and more popular. I was wondering if you could do more videos on using the Bolt. One in particular I would like to see. Is using the Lone Star acrylic making a hat patche? Thank you and keep up the good work.
If the bowl’s side was curved down and inward like a cereal or salad bowl would the Bolt be able to engrave a 360 degree pattern without downward distortion? Is there an adjustment in the Lightburn controls to compensate for a curved surface? Thanks.
no it won’t follow the curvature of the bowl. you can use a 4” lens to provide a deeper focus field and that may get you what you need but most gantry style lasers won’t do this.. there are ones that do but they are very expensive
It’s workng out well, for traditional style tumblers the regular roller rotary can be a bit faster. I use the Chuck style rotary a bit more only because it seems like I’m doing less traditional style tumblers.
usually slop over is where your design is too close to the edge of the edge of your allowed design space. move your design more to the center and learn to use user origin.
Thank you for sharing all the information and especially the thank you video ❤
my pleasure, thanks for your help

How is the chuck working for ya on traditional cups and so forth?

How do you fix the slop over error? I have a Nova 24 and the design size is 21.5 inches. (bed size is roughly 15.5 inches)

were did you buy the bowl from
Jds industries
Can this be done with the Junior roller rotary?
From what I’ve been told the junior roller rotary will not fit in the twister tray
