  • Hey friends, this is 10-minute ab and mobility superset workout. 🐍💪🏼 We will do a mobility exercise, followed by an abs exercise (easier versions are shown as well). 🫶🏼 The mobility exercise will increase the range of motion we want to access in the abs exercise.
    This is a typical workout I would do after running or a handstand session. But you can do this workout at any point during the day! Let's do it! 🔥

    Love the idea - but maybe next time you could also add a 10 sec rest between supersets and a preview of the exercises at the same time, so it can be easier to follow along 🤍

      The abs exercises are more intense, but you have longer breaks with the stretching part and I provide easier versions for some core movements ☺️

    Hi, like your videos, can you make more of them for 10-15 min for Leg or Arm or full body workout, than I can switch it every second day (like you recommended ;-)) and with a short investment (my favourite fitness routine - short and middle intensive).
    Maybe the exercises in a video could be more in a flow, difficult to explain, according to yoga, if you know what I mean, but in your style?! ;-)
