- Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of getting selected and working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way up into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He even failed Physics in his 11th Standard - never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life as a young scientist at BARC trying to get recruited for the ISRO scientist position. The book is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about the romantic relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. Sunil Chetri mentions that when he was in struggling phase & he wasn't able to have a proper pair of shoes, he wished for help from govt. or an authority but he didn't got that and now when he is captain of indian football team and when he can own a showroom of shoes,he is getting freebies from shoe companies.

i am currently in 12th standard and just wake up from my obsession of c-dramas,k-dramas and all that , starting to study coz of my parents hope for me,as I scored 93.2% in my 10th board, increasing my parents standards.
but I have always been interested in martial arts but couldn't learn it as there are no teaching centre in my area..
and no matter how someone beat me like even a punch from my gymbros or a metal ,wood stick, it doesn't hurt at all.
but i don't have any strength in my body, and very low stamina and it has worsened after i fell sick(dengue), i can,t even run 10 metres in one breathe.

Me v aise hi pdhti hu... Mene drawing etc Sab Chhod diya socha aur zada pdhna h aur zada padhna h but now I understood something in different view...Today only i watched but exact effective... Kuch new concepts hua useful...
"They teach you outdated syllabus and garbage " this is the same thing my friend told me and yes he was right because he now doing far better than the topper of our class. He always go for practical instead of theory not like rest of the class and he always scored more than avg because of his practical knowledge. So yeah, studying things practically and deeply is important rather than theoretically.

This guy is very true in his all experience. Actually people like serious of him during his college days needs to know recreation, relaxing of brain and all. Because I am watching his videos after my btech. Now i run my exam bad, because I was serious like him. When I saw this video first time in my btech, I was like okay and I had fear to run my exam due to lack of preparation. Because you know all about engineering classes. Now i run my exam because of lot of loads I had taken during my btech. Like I never went to outside for lunch or dinner with my friends, not was in college fest, not travelled metro, not even buy dresses for 4 years, not went to my home for last two year, never celebrate anything. Yes this minute things matter a lot. Yes people will never tell you relaxation is very very important to motivate you. Because it is long journey and brain does not work like that

I just started following you and you're such an inspiration ❤...i am a clg stdnt and i was studying all day in last 2yrs and i just realised that this is breaking me mentally my health was also falling apart and i was not doing good even in my studies. Now that i understood this things so started going to gym, working out, taking care of my mental health and studyng more efficiently..
