    I have been struggling with prolonged sleep hrs, earlier I had 6-7 hrs of sleep but now maybe I become so tired throughout the day that everytime in the morning I cut my alarm and go to sleep for a couple of hours more. I'm installing these apps today and keeping in mind the things you told me, let's see how much I'm able to gain now. I'll update for a week honestly.
    🌞Day 1: Went to bed at 10:00 but couldn't sleep, stayed awake till 12:15 probably and then slept, woke up at 5:20 with alarm. (Not slept for the entire day)
    🎉Day 2 Went to bed at 11:15 and woke up at 4:30 am with alarm ( take rest for 30 min in afternoon )
    👍 Day 3 woke up at 4:15 slept at 11:15
    🔥 Day 4 woke up at 3:50 ❤️
    😕 Day 5 woke up at 7 slept at 1😂
    🙏 Day 6 Sunday took rest and woke up at 7
    Day 7 Woke up at 5
    Did it for a week though with some unevenness, but still that was because I slept late so I didn't keep the alarm. Otherwise that alarm could even wake up my soul😂
    Edit: Its me here after more than a month, and currently I got this habit of getting at 5am and sometimes at 4:30.
    Today I set my alarm at 5 but woke up before the Alam itself. Feels good 👍

    Honestly speaking, I used to study till morning but then I saw your video decided to skip one day's sleep and the next day I decided to sleep early. To my surprise my eyes opened at 5:07 and now I am getting used to it! Feels so refreshing and I find myself more focused and productive! Thanks for the video bhaiya!

    Hey Ashish, my question to you is that since your 12th class didn't go that well, how did you manage to study all the basics + everything that is required to prepare for GATE and ISRO exam and alongside managing engineering study.As everything that we do ahead is somewhat interconnected to things that we study in school , so how did you do that. I mean it is kind of like you covered your backlog that was your 12th std basics and all .
    I hope you make a video on this since i have recently started to follow your channel and you have come out as a big help to me. Also the 5am regime , i am on it and it was a bit difficult initially but it has been going on pretty smoothly your routine has also been one of my favourite routines till now. I am following that too.

    im actually preparing for JEE im currently in 11th stepping towards 12th ....i have been performing pretty good in my mock test to be more specific somewhere around 180-210 / 300 in mains and 90-120/360 in advance obv not the whole syllabus just some chunks of it ...but still i have self doubts ...about not being productive at all .... i have been preparing since 9th and im not the sincere jee aspirant i always wanted to be ..who just thinks of studying ....i also tried planning my time to get a reality check about but i just simply fail in that .. i use my laptop to look for solutions and to listen to music while i study and often get distracted for sometime and after wasting some time i again go back to solving questions ....i mean i have heard a lot of it about your doing good dont stress out or be optimistic and all of that ,,,, but ik what im doing i mean ik im not very consistent and their alot who are ........ id even know what i waana ask about ...or about what i need help idk if im lacking planning or time management or sleep schedule .......if u think u can help me around with any tips plss do that !!

    Hey Ashish, I too use those alarm apps, but recently, a few days back, I discovered that when I was so sleepy in the morning and seriously couldn't solve any problems in it, and everyone in my home were getting disturbed by the alarm, I realised that I can just delete the app itself and the alarm stops ringing without even me having to do those problems. This is now becoming a habit, and my only legit way to wake up using this is now fading away. Any tips on what I can do to avoid this and actually wake up?

      In settings there’s an option which prevents you to uninstall. Make sure that you sleep early to avoid being too sleepy. Because of fear of others waking up, you would want to take your phone and run outside which would definitely wake you up.

Offline coaching ke darkside jaankar, I decided to go for online paar usme bhi politics he, like koi affordable paa la raha he toh selection nahi karwa pata aur dusri tarah jo kuch changes lana chate he unko koi attention me nahi dala jata and sabse muskil taab hota he when through your resarch you managed to find the most value for platform paar usme bhi teachers leave kar dete he(apni kaksha and atp star)so, agar aap like jee ko dhyaan jo best aur relevant woh batate toh hum logo ka journey ek right path se suru hoga.
    So, i am requesting you please and as a middle class fellow muje online me affordable ke saath konsa platform matlab jo bhi middle class se belong karta he, they can relate my emotion and the true logic behind. Toh ispe aap aagar hume guide karte and hume ek right sujaw dete. Then it would have been much helpful. I hope this message goes to you as soon as possible and you might find any solution for us.(Mein jee aspirant hu jo 2024-2026 batch se meri preparation hoga when i get in 11 after passing out my 10th.)

      If u don't mind my suggestion,who comes from similar background and a medico. The only solution is working on yourself. For example start with breathing exercises do it twice a day for atleast 10mins you might feel resistance but will improve your state. Simultaneously meditate for 5mins/day.
      If you have some faith in god start your day with listening to chants of your fav god.hanuman chalisa(in my case).
      Detach from anything that's making you depressed for that you first need to know yourself and question and answer it honestly........you will find your way out soon. Sending you all good energy🤍.

    I have classes early morning so i wake up early with not much effort the problem is as soon as classes end maybe daytine i sleep again and then will bot wake up for 6 hrs ubtil evening class and it messes up the sleep cycle and invites all problems of sleeping in shifts and fainting in class i really want to fix this any way out

    Tbh i think you gave 3 informations wrong about waking up at 5am. Im also one of those who used to sleep at 4 n used to wake up at 12pm but when i started waking up at 5am i realised few things.
    1st keep ur alarm on a table away from your bed so that when alarm rings u get up from the bed and as soon as u get up just go out of the room or somewhere in nature. This way you wont go to bed again and you'll be away from screen. (As nowadays people are engaged in mobiles so much that they want phone every second which ks unhealthy. So it would be a good practice if you stay away from phone)
    2nd. Engage yourself in some physical activities like start from simple stretching and then whatever your body requires like yoga, meditation n all
    3rd is caffeine. Dont take caffeine at all. Caffeine is super unhealthy and it can be dangerous for you in longer terms. Instead whenever you fell sleepy, just go for a quick walk or do something that excites you like for someone it would be dancing, singing etc.

    I have given GATE-CE in my 3rd year and have qualified the General cut-off. While doing so eventually, I have lost my interest in Civil Engineering .Still anyway I'm preparing for GATE properly and am positive about my result in the coming attempt.     Ashish sir whatever you said is totally correct my question to you is that i am preparing for competitive exam along with job and i never woke up early i tried but failed every time … i came home after 6:30 and after that cooking and all takes some more time and as you said that to wakeup early we need to go to bed early as well in that case till 10 pm i will have only 2-2:30 hrs study time … m confused plz guide me because how will i study in morning because i don’t have a habit of studying early in the morning

    How to avoid distractions!
    Everytime I go to bed early I face a lottt of distractions, my roommate, my head (keeps on thinking) is there any steps I need to follow before I go to bed in order to calm my mind and sleep??

    Hello sir,
    I am an electrical engineer (completed my engineering in 2019 ) i want a tag of ex isro scientist , actually i want to work in isro for 1 or 2 years , can you tell me is it possible to do in this current scenario (irregularities of isro exam , in 2019 they recruit only 3, electrical engineer) i am good in making new things and thinking of smart solution to a problem
    Basically you tell me what are the ways an electrical engineer can take a tag of scientist.

      Are u mad? What do you mean by tag of ex ISRO scientist? Why would someone join ISRO only to leave it after a year or so? You are simply wasting your time.

      Being good at thinking smart solutions, you asked kind of a dumb question. All you need to do is lean how to crack isro and I’ve made plenty of videos on it. Leaving isro don’t need a training, it’s the easy part.

    To make it clear
    Day 1
    You will gain less sleep guess around 4 hours, but, you shouldn't sleep at daytime and go at bed at 10pm
    Day 2
    You will still get less sleep around 5 hours, but you should follow the conditions that is no sleeping during day time and going to bed at 10pm
    Day 3
    You will go to bed at 10pm and feel asleep after sometime, but it's time to pay sleep dept, instead of waking at 5am your body will automatically wake after it has completed the amount of sleep required. Guess you will wake up around 8pm or 9pm.
    Day 4 Test day (Most important)
    You should not feel demotivated as you woke up late, continue your day, go to bed at 10pm, and turnoff the alarm. If you wake up at (+-)half hour around 5am then congratulations you have succeeded.

    I have been waking up at 5:00 am for the past three days, and what I do is I first text my bsf exactly at 5:00( kyunki shart laga h ki the one who texts late will have to give about 10 rupees lol) and pose for a picture until I get good one, at least this wakes me up, ik this is dumb, But it actually worked for me heh :)

    Hey Ashish! This might be out of context, but please hear me out!
    I make a to-do list. It's organised, contains not 100s of tasks, but only how much I feel I can probably do in a day, I give sufficient time slots for each activity. But still for some unknown reason, I sometimes fail to complete it at the end of the day. Do you have any suggestions what I should thus be doing? Thanks :)
