- Another awesome 5K event this week hosted by Bristol Track Club - I am not joking when I say that this could have been one of the windiest races I've ever done! But a great course, good result (road 5k PB) and a well run event. On to the next one, BYE!

Just watched your 2 most recent races and then gone back and watched everything else tonight. Great channel, you come across really well and the production is really good especially considering it's a pretty new channel. It's great watching such a high level runner, especially one who's so personable! Looking forward to seeing what's next. Keep up the great work.

I've been enjoying the little clips you've been throwing in of fixing up your place :) I've been doing similar - though I don't think to the degree you guys appear to be doing? Though I did have to patch the basement floor of the workout room I've been building, so I could epoxy paint it (which I then covered in mats so you can't see it anyway). I'd like to see more :) though I get that's not what this channel is about and you might not want to show that etc (sorry for the ramble)
Well done, Phily. Fab time in unfavourable conditions. Wondered if you'd consider alphafly for a 5km? I have both RC elite 2 and AF and not raced in either yet. Noticed you ran your mara in AF.
Thanks! Personally I find the AFs not great for tight corners and definitely better over the longer stuff (HM++). The RCs are a great all rounder for 5k-HM for me 😊

Haha what a small world! Yes I remember Pete, lovely guy! He was the one who would turn up to the track in a vest and shorts all year round no matter the weather… and he celebrated 100 different consecutive park runs in different locations (I think), with the centurion! So glad you’re loving the videos.. and I have recently acquired a running pack now🎒

I don’t actually have one, can’t say I’ve ever tried to see how fast I can run on a treadmill!
@@PhilyBowden just wondering, I hit sub 20 on both but find the treadmill harder most people seem to think you hit the time quicker on a treadmill
