I liked James' the best. He just needed to raise his ambulances' suspension to tackle speed bumps better, and instead of a motorized door, it should just be manual.
He's also the only one who completed all "medical procedures". Richard didn't do the blood.
A faster door with a proper latch would solve the problem.
And for the latch he could take a note from Boeing who had multiple planes that opened mid-flight, as an example of what to avoid.
