This is probably a joke, but all 3 systems (genesis/cd/32x) use about the same power as a single incandescent light bulb. The only reason it took 3 adapters is because no one adapter was able to power the other systems and there weren't provisions to plug in a more powerful adapter to power multiple systems with one adapter.
I've often debated about getting the 32X just to have a complete collection of Sega Consoles from the Master System to the Dreamcast, but then I think no if I get the 32X my Genesis would become self aware and kill itself before I could even hook it up

@royalguard56 SEGA probably gave them one for free because they knew it was that bad. I Everyone that did get one sold it to some idiot that didn't know any better took the money and bought a Playstation 1.

He should’ve kept that 32x they’re now selling between £3-500 but you can get a Dreamcast for £40 lol

Didn't having all three consoles and your TV hooked up at the same time cause brownouts due to how much power they ate up
