I think they are. I believe it starts with millennials on down. I think it was the older ones that had this issue due to the era they grew up in. Even in the 70s some people wore their hair "natural", but a lot of them used products in their hair as well. Those generations on down have the largest groups of black women and girls rocking their natural hair, especially on CZcams. I believe the oldest millennial is around 40-41.

Yes! My wife and daughters are inseperable. Our sons and I share the same bond. This kind of FAMILY bond is built from the beginning of life and is the meaning of LIFE. There's FAMILY, then there are relatives, then so called friends. We must KNOW the difference. Family Love♥️💯

Honestly, a lot of it has to do with self hate/inferiority complex, laziness, or not being educated on our hair. Most won't say it though because it makes everyone extremely uncomfortable to admit it. All of the self loathing BW under the comment section of just about every type 4 afro hair video pretty much gives it away. Wigs don't grow hair, WE do.
