    Mint leaves
    Cactus
    Rosemary leaves
    Olive oil or oil of your choice
    Avocado oil
    Coconut oil
    Boil all ingredients in a bowl in hot water on stove.
    5drops of Rosemary essential oils add dry rose Mary leave to bottle

    I don't recommend putting the oil in the microwave.
    You can put the bottle in some hot water to warm it up, or put the oil in a bowl over hot water.

    Good tips on the oils, herbs, and in how to make the oil. My only suggestion is on how to use the double boiler method CORRECTLY. You must make sure that the bottom of your glass bowl does NOT touch the bottom of the pot on the stove. The glass bowl should float on top of the water to heat up with steam from the pot, indirect heat. Otherwise, the nutrients will be destroyed from direct heat where the glass bowl touches the bottom of the pot, which defeats the purpose.

      It depends on how you store it and what it’s stored in. Some oils may last up to 5 years. If you do make this recipe, a good idea is to store it in an amber-colored glass container and place in your refrigerator. It’ll also last longer without the cactus, since that does introduce a bit of water content into the blend. Adding water content to the mixture makes it susceptible to bacterial growth overtime and will need preservative, so you can make this blend by just seeping the herbs in the oils for weeks. I think this method is called enfleurage.

      I was struggling with hair loss and rosemary oil and thyme oil are brilliant! I add the essential oils to almond oil along with some lavender and that really helped. Add some rosemary oil to your shampoo and conditioner as well. Rosemary oil is also a DHT blocker so helps women suffering hair loss during menopause.

    • @dionnawalton6069
      @dionnawalton6069 Před 3 lety +1

      Hi. I would suggests to look into the foods you eat and if that's not it, then maybe meds you take may cause hair loss. Also, it depends if your hair is coming out in strands meaning from the scalp, or are the ends just breaking off. Maybe your hair is dry. If your hair is super springy or really curly then maybe it's dry. Water and grease are excellent. The water will moisture your hair and the grease will seal it in. Also, if you use a lot of product then your scalps pores may be blocked. I use apple cider vinegar for a rinse to cleanse my scalp before I wash it. It detangles and strengthens and cleanses my hair and scalp and it also stops breakage very well. I let it sit for a few minutes then rinse it out then use a sulfate/alcohol free natural clarifying shampoo. Sometimes I also make a little paste with baking soda and water and I get a toothbrush and clean buildup from my scalp that way. I would only do this about every 2-3 months depending on how much product I use. Protective styles and water and grease daily and leave in conditioner works wonders along with these oils she mentions in this video. Good luck. Hope that helps.
