Banana Hot Sauce Recipe:
3-4 🍌
100ml dark rum
300g 🌶🌶🌶
50g raisins
150ml WWV
150ml water

I've been making hot sauces with the peppers harvested from my garden this year. Still have some Thai and Ghost peppers left. I also have some bananas. Thought Hmmm, I wonder if banana hot sauce is a thing. Got online, and there's definitely a paucity of banana hot sauce recipes. Yours looked the most interesting, so I subscribed and will be making it today after I pick up some tamarind.

Anyway, I just made a variation of this hot sauce. I had some peppers from our garden, 4 different kinds actually, some bananas, Guyanese dark rum, and a bit of onion. I just love the dangerous colour. The heat level came out perfect, and is offset by the sweetness of the banana. Now to wait a couple days for it to "come together" and then I'll BBQ something to put it on! w00t! PS: Starting it all on fire was definitely the highlight of my evening!
I thought this might be delicious, so I made it. Turned out it was even out of this world. Made mine with red habaneros
