Tbh they look lovely and everything, but they just seem like your standard Sunday dinner roast potatoes with extra faffing about. I mean it's got the exact same seasoning as I use week in week out for them (I am obviously not referring to the sour cream here) and the only real thing that I see different is that you are in essence parboiling them in the same pan as you later roast them in. So yeah, while I don't doubt it that theyre delicious, that's only because I have been making virtually the same thing every week for over twenty years lol.
