I'm sorry there is not much I can do now. It's no secret that the combination of sesame, prawns and toast ed white bread come together to make an almost perfect recipe.
Well I think we've just perfected int a little bit more. The addition of milk bread for the toast and freshly chopped prawns, give this sesame prawn toast recipe a whole new lease of life!

Ingredients:
300g Prawn Tails Chopped Rough & Set Aside
300g Prawns Tails
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3cm piece ginger, crushed
40g Egg White (approx 1.)
30g Toasted Sesame Oil (2tbsp)
10g Gluten F ree Soy (2tsp)
30g Shio Koji Liquid (2tbsp)
15g Fish Sauce (1tbsp)
10g Sugar
5g Salt
20g Coriander Chopped Fresh
4 spring onions, finely chopped
Sesame Seeds - Lots
Milk Bread - Sliced 1-2cm thick
Oil for Deep Frying - Jak na to + styl
