  • Overnight (or not!) brioche cinnamon buns: Kids rave! Adults go wild! These brioche cinnamon buns can be made a day in advance, tucked in their pan, stuck in the fridge, and baked the following morning (such a fun treat to wake up to!) or made entirely the same day. Nothing like a homemade cinnamon roll! And is there anything better than cream cheese icing?

    Adding butter to the filling makes it impossible to spread evenly on tender dough. Spread real soft butter on dough followed by dry ingredients. Great recipe. Great cookbook. Very no nonsense.

    Made these tonight for my kids, they are chilling overnight and they are sure to please!!! The consistency of the dough was exactly what it showed in the video! Great video!!! Excited to eat 'em!

    I made the half version of this today just to test it first and it turned out fantastic! My friends and I loved it! It’s so fluffy and the best part is there’s no need to knead! 😅

    I made these this morning and instead of cinnamon in the filling I used cacao powder..... ohh boy they were delicious. This is such a great recipe. Thank you 💛💛💛💛
