Thanks for watching! - Sport
I find that my sink rate improves when I wear a chicken feet necklace.
Brendan, I've used Audio Golf phrases for many years, particularly after a lousy shot. May not help my golf but lowers my blood pressure. They sound something like this *F!! FK*!!
My Post-Putt routine is %100
W-T-F...

@@BEBETTERGOLF driver and putter,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,big time improvement honest dudes take their work very seriously .................referred them to a club pro friend of mine who referred 8 members to them........all were very satisfied.......bringing them to his private club for a group deal with membership ...........their getting very big in europe , i believe will see them at my club in jupiter fl next month..... .I CAN'T WAIT...............no bs ----real good stuff
Would be nice if they had a way to offer the sounds via a livestream lesson.
We are currently testing live online lessons. If it works well, we may have something to offer you in a month or two!
Tim Gallway did that for tennis in his book “The Inner Game of Tennis.” He tried it with golf as well. Distracting the mind from overthinking during physical activity is mainly helpful but it doesn’t replace fundamentals like grip, posture and alignment.
Whatever it is must be working, that is a smooth putting stroke.
Most of the time lol
That was impressive putting. I think putting is actually a very easy thing to do but we sabotage ourselves because we're aware that statistically we're much more likely to fail than succeed. If I'm honest I've always accepted a miss before I address the ball so I'm most likely not trying very hard. Whereas in the video it looked like you were really trying as if your life depended on the outcome - probably no surprise to see your results were much better than mine.
In studying for my exams....the concept of whispering something and saying it in your head is closely related to speed reading....very cool this overlap in my own stuff. Cheers.
So applying syllables / short sounds to a Tour Tempo type tempo? How does this compare to Tour Tempo?
The whole, “This is a putt for 7 ft, not 9 ft.” That’s so ridiculous. Green speeds vary. Conditions vary. These guys are coming across as snake oil salesmen. I hate to say it. Not trying to be a jerk. Geoff Mangum. That’s where you need to look for putting. He’s gruff, but has solid, science based information.
What do you think of AUDIO GOLF? is it the real deal?
Maybe the real deal but being protective of their phrases is just such a loser mindset. It’s a phrase, it might as wel be tour tempo beeps. I did see the first video you did about/with them, wasn’t sure to be honest.
I would tell you what I think but it's a secret.
Completely useless to us. Thanks Brendo!
They definitely have something but the top secret vibes hurts them. Too many people in golf been burned by the so called “secret” to golf. If you put it out there and it’s good the people will still come and gladly compensate you. As frame of reference look at some of the most successful teachers. They gave the information away and still are booked online and in person. Some have online paid communities.
"Why do you lag to 7 ft.?"
"I have this sound thing for that distance....but I can't say it." 😂 You needed to do a third time with no phrase to know if it was learning those 4 breaks plus practice that set a record.
I believe it helps, but you need to make your own driver, iron, etc sounds. Try famous golfers...anything gets your left brain out of the way. Ernieee_Els for smooth, Nick_Faldo said fast for quick. Scottieee_Schefler to take your friend's 💰. Try it.
For all the people mad about it being a secret, why? if they give out a sound for each distance, they might as well be giving out the designs of their product for free knowing it wont work for at least half of the people who try it which tarnishes the brand. I wish you could do lessons remotely because i cant access them, but they are new into this and working on all of that. i don't know any company that outsources proprietary information to everyone. Brendan is testing it and considering collaborations with these guys to improve awareness of a potentially helpful thing which is exactly what his channel is, as for the diff speeds, slopes etc of greens negating the idea, that seems weird to say when the same adjustments to every aspect of any putting training have to be made. it doesn't replace the art of putting, but it occupies your mind so you have a better chance of executing the stroke. all makes sense to me. looking forward to learning more.
Which is funny considering many golfers will make sounds after a shot. Like: oohh, awwh, or whatever. I am going work on this as I often sing to my myself on the course. Mean miss treater, you make me cry, stuff like that.
I thought the proper putter sound is "ping"
Why doesn’t he just say that he doesn’t want you to share the phrases because he has nothing to sell if it gets out. I seriously doubt it is customized specifically for you. Maybe for you on those specific distances but we all know he’s giving people the exact same phrases. I could see full swing possibly being different and more customized but not putting.
Doing full swing sound session n Sunday I think
It's true that we can give different players the same phrase, but it's also true that the phrases are very individual. Take our "ya-la-bam" phrase, for example. We claim that it produces consistent results between 12 and 15 feet. Some people will play 15 feet with it, some 12 feet, and some somewhere in between. So if we give Brendon a phrase for a 7-foot putt, that phrase is very personal to him. A lot of people might get a different result when they try it. That's why we're reluctant to share these phrases. We don't want people to say "but it doesn't work for me on a 7 foot putt". The phrases also need a thorough explanation in order to be performed properly. Simply sharing the phrase doesn't guarantee success. That's why we did a video conference with Brendon to teach him the two putting phrases. It’s also why we created a long PDF with a video explanation for our ya-la-bam phrase.
Finally, as you guessed, another example of how different phrases are for different people is our Driver Rhythm Group Clinic. Here we teach 3 different phrases that all smooth out the drive. However, our students will only choose one of the phrases. That's because they respond differently to all three and choose the one that works best for them.
@@audio-golf I get that you want to protect your intellectual property. That’s completely fair and understandable. The rest of it just comes off as being dishonest. Yes, Brendon’s 7ft phrase might get me a 9ft putt but I think the viewers are able apply the differences. Even Brendon will have to adjust his phrases when uphill/downhill or on greens rolling 7 vs 13.
@audio-golf, I do not know if your concept is effective, but it could certainly be. The only thing that feels strange to me is your explanation for not disclosing. You could allow him to share the phrase and provide a range like you do for Ya La Bam. There should be no risk that one person will get a 7-footer, another one a 25-footer, and another one a 2-footer. The dispersion should be tighter than Ya La Bam's, which you willingly share. Also, the driver example you have provides a simple solution: three options are enough for a group of people for a much more complex motion. Therefore, we can expect that the general population can do well enough with a few options. You have the right to keep it to yourselves and sell it, and I'd be totally fine if you'd say that.
It seems like you'd absolutely want to say the phrase out loud. Isn't that why it's called audio golf? Otherwise you it would just be called mind phrase golf
That is an interesting observation. As far as we can tell, thinking works better for most of our participants. However, there are also some people who have better results when they say it out loud. Especially in the beginning, when you're synchronizing the movement with the phrase, saying it out loud can be very helpful.
One downside of saying the phrases out loud can be that the phrase can interfere with your breathing and and torso tension. This is potentially harmful for your full swing and drive.
16:47 is that your phrase? Ohhh sic...something
lol, no. I scuffed the ground on that one!
Lol!😂
Dont like the I got a secret, but I cant tell you thing. Just put a disclaimer on it.
Not really a secret, it’s just proprietary to him. You can get your own sound from audio golf.
@@Cured_Ham I’m aware but it doesn’t make for a good video whatsoever
@@Cured_Ham you really believe that? So “Ya-La-Bam” works for everyone from 12-15ft but any other distance must be custom made? It’s the same phrases he gives everyone.
@@Not.Satoshi I have no idea what ya-la-bam is. Is that part of audio golf? I’ve didn’t hear about it until this video.
@@Cured_Ham yes. It’s the free demo phrase offered on Audio Golf that is said to get anyone to hit consistent putts in the 12-15ft range. I’ve tried it and it does seem effective. They discussed “Ya-La-Bam” on a BBG video a week or so ago.
As a guy living in North Carolina and really wanting to improve my game, I have 0% chance of getting help from these guys. Would love to, but 0% chance other than the Ya-La-Bam phrase which is free on the website for the 12-15 footer.
Zoom
@@BEBETTERGOLF so as just an ordinary 11 handicap, I can contact these fine fellows and they will zoom with me and I pay a fee for their expertise?? I was under the assumption they just did small, private clubs in the Florida and NY area.
Just contact them. As far as I know, they aren't super established yet, if they say yes, you're in, if not, bad luck and you are where you are now anyways.@@kevinabee8419
Just contact them. If they decline, it is what it is and all you lost is the time it took to write an email.
We would love to come to NC and other states! We just need to be invited by other clubs. If you’re member of a club, ask them to invite us!
In the meanwhile, are currently testing live online lessons. If it works well, we may have something to offer you in a month or two!
I think this is somewhat useful, but this is not going to take the golf world by storm. If you want to test your theory about the 7 foot putt, next time you play 18, after each hole setup a ball from 7 feet different settings as each hole is different and give us the results
On second thought, Audio Golf is not practical for the variability of golf in my opinion.
Then you might not really have understood the concept. Variability is a non-factor. The sounds supports the movement. The movement is not going to be variable. The sounds are supposed to guide you into a certain rhythm. On top of it, it probably works as a detractor of strange thoughts in your head while execution. When your mind has a task it isn't going to wander. It is fine if you feel it is goofy and you don't want to try it, but lets not put some reasons out there that are based on nothing than a strange feeling without really giving it a shot yourself@@marka7053
@marka7053
It is a bit kooky...
But what it will do, in my supposition, is block any random and perhaps negative thoughts from disrupting your rhythm and pre-shot routine.
Just my take as an outsider

@@mattdaniels6430 I don't see how it can help you read / aim a putt. But it can help your tempo to get the distance right (which is a big deal) and it can help you concentrate on the task at hand by blocking out random thoughts. I've just used Ya-La-Bam on the 12'-15' foot range and my results have been outstanding. Better than Brendan on his 7' putts.
Fee fii foo fum? 😝
Bad-a-bing?
Brenden, your far too quick and move your body to move the putter.
It pauses at the top of the swing and then surrenders to gravity.
Stop listening to quacks, who know nowt about putting 😅
Watched one of his podcasts and he is only working in America. What about the rest of the world.
There is a german youtube channel where the guy helps a German with this. So he is definitely not only in America. At least he wasn't one or two years ago.
Wow. I thought you had reached a new low in making lil grunts and noises whilst you putt and advocating it as something to do that’d be beneficial, until I heard that YOU 🫵 wrote a putting book! What is it called “How to mentally approach your 4th putt?”
Always funny reading such negative comments. If you don't think the guy has a clue about putting, why watch a 20minute video of him putting in the 1st place?!
come on, it is funny with some truth to it. Everybody sucks at golf including B, if you decide to write a book about something you can’t really do well you will get some shit for it, or at least have very little credibility.
@@ge8382 I always thought, he is doing pretty well. Obviously I mean well for an amateur. I've seen and played with many people who are worse than him (me definitely included) and I am sure, some of them (us) would benefit from his experience. Wasn't the book like 10 or 15 bucks, sounds very fair to me. I think, there are many actual professionals out there who advertise their stuff in more unpleasent way than this.
Ow yeah, he is a very good golfer 100%. But he really can’t put:) Even this stroke looks awful and guided. The book isn’t his opinion obviously, he got experts opinions so it doesn’t really matter how good he is.
