Septic at bottom of house. Hmmmm better to move it few meters away from house. Slope drainage. If you have issues with septic, your whole house ewwwww

No issues most houses are this way and whats even better no over flow. they put a emergency over flow pipe to the street culvert🤣 which is a very common practice here!!
