If you use multiple worker’s comp class codes for one employee per pay period, this is NOT the software for you. I was told before I purchased QBO that I could track multiple class codes per employee.

If you need to see that detail in tracking time, then you need QuickBooks Time. It can sync to QuickBooks Payroll, but it has much more features, including tracking multiple class codes per employee than the small time entry that is within QuickBooks Payroll.

There is a work around to this on the QBO forums but you will have to get payroll tech support to finish setting it up so it will work. I’m using QBO plus, some less knowledgeable tech support tried up sell me to fix the problem

Not good. Can not look at your punch times throughout the week or day. If any type of holiday pops up your going to have to just wait 1 -3 days. Pitiful
