it was okay. i thought their team up was better in Daddy's Home. The hang up I had on The Other Guys was that it was one of Mark Wahlbergs first attempts at comedy. Just felt to me like he was trying too hard.
Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are my favorite because of how they use arguing in the film to confuse the bad guys (or hyped up store owner) and defuse the situation. I thought they had perfect chemistry to feed off each other as characters and actors.
10 Lethal Weapon 1987 9 Blue Streak 1999 8 Beverly Hills Cop 1984 7 National Security 2003 6 Rush Hour 1997 5 The Other Guys 2010 4 Hot Fuzz 2007 3 21 Jump Street 2012 2 Bad Boys 1995 1 Starsky And Hutch 2004
Hot Fuzz should have been number 1. I laughed my ass off seeing this guys living out the stereotypical movie cops, even spoofing movies like Point Break along with some other running gags from the Cornetto trilogy.
Definitely a favorite of the top 10. I've got 8 out of the 10 on DVD other CD so I can't disagree with list but I wouldn't be able to rank them as I like them all. Thanks for making and uploading this video. It gets thumb up!
The French Connection deserved an honorable mention. Gene Hackman and Roy Scheider are the only buddy cops that got an Oscar nomination (with Hackman winning).
I didn't think this video was actually going to be interesting, but it was. #10, to me, is probably the movie I most want to watch. Starsky and Hutch, I remember 2004 watching it in the very early morning at my cousin's place. Man, those were really fun memories.
I'll hand it to Lethal Weapon, it was Danny Glover's soon to be retired but didn't get killed off. Thanks for having ONE movie that didn't do the cliche.
Writing both names are too much of a hassle... anyways, here's my top 10: 10.Superbad 9.The Other Guys 8.Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang 7.Hot Fuzz 6.Starsky and hutch 5.Bad Boys 4.Se7en 3.21 Jump Street 2.Rush Hour 1.Lethal Weapon Guess I loved 21 Jump Street more than most people. Also, if this would go by sheer quality of the film, Se7en would be at number 1
10. Cop Out 9. Hot Pursuit 8. Beverly Hills Cop (same) 7. Bad Boys (same) 6. 15 Minutes 5. Hot Fuzz (same) 4. Rush Hour (same) 3. Lethal Weapon 2 2. Lethal Weapon (same) 1. In The Heat of The Night
Rush Hour at #5? That's a crime.

the other guys should be on this list. That movie was freakin' hilarious
it was okay. i thought their team up was better in Daddy's Home. The hang up I had on The Other Guys was that it was one of Mark Wahlbergs first attempts at comedy. Just felt to me like he was trying too hard.
The other guys is shit
Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are my favorite because of how they use arguing in the film to confuse the bad guys (or hyped up store owner) and defuse the situation. I thought they had perfect chemistry to feed off each other as characters and actors.
Rush Hour shoulda been higher on the list.
You can't get more buddy cop than Lethal Weapon :)
End of Watch needs to be at least top 5 on this list. So good on their chemistry and friendship!
"Lethal Weapon" and its also great sequels!!:)
Bad Boys What you Gone Do?!?
My faves:
1. Lethal Weapon
2. Rush Hour
3. Tango & Cash
4. Demolition Man
5. Bad Boys
They are all corny
Demo Man is not a Buddy cop movie. It's a sci-fi action flick, like T2 or Dredd
Omg bon cop bad cop....amazing!!!!! Nice job on that mojo team
I want a reboot of Tango and Cash with Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds
That would work to a tee
Best I can do is Wolverine and Deadpool lol
lethal weapon best buddy cop movie ever no doubt
Letal weapon LOL another predictable worthless and overrated pile of hot garbage.
@bradley Ayers

Leather weapon should be #1 it's the best
+Gani Ibraimi End of watch should be in your list
Blue Streak had only ONE cop. He was posing as a cop and National Security had only 1 ex-cop and both were security guards.
Running Scared was so underrated.
It's true tho.
1.Rush Hour
2.Lethal Weapon
3.21 Jump Street
No Brian Taylor and Miguel Zavala from End of Watch? Fucking seriously?
yeah true, they should of topped a few of the duos in this list, but that movie was truly depressing, with that ending. :(
DannyBeatzMusic Yeah it was :/
true
End of watch is so underrated :(
The first bit of Lethal Weapon you showed was exactly in time with the bit of film I was watching lol
Red heat is criminally underrated Arnie & Bullushi are a brilliant duo🔥
So Men in Black doesn't count? Dang it.
They're not cops
Петър Терзиев They kind of are, but it's okay, my life isn't over because of a WatchMojo list. ;)
Billy Drake No, your life is over.
@@Bleacher22,YOU SHALL NOT PASS!
End of watch
i waiting for it to be on the list but never came up. love that movie
+Danny Juarez one of the best movies I've ever seen

Yeah, seriously
Haven't watched the vid yet but End of Watch better be on here
"and some skiddles" lmfao
OMG! You actually put on Good Cop Bon Cop. Most people pass over Canadian flicks, but bloody hell this is a good one.
Hot Fuzz should have been number 1.
I laughed my ass off seeing this guys living out the stereotypical movie cops, even spoofing movies like Point Break along with some other running gags from the Cornetto trilogy.
#your too old for this s it
I love this movie
I personally think The Other Guys should be on here
How did The Other Guys not make this list? I love that movie!
Great job on getting Running Scared and Tango and Cash on the list, but you forgot about 48hrs
Yeah
No End Of Watch Or Money Train?
The other guys should have been on this list, it's the funniest cop movie I've ever seen.
could not agree more. especially from episode 2, when Leo joins the cops
"I love you man. Fuck you marcus" haha classic
running scared was my favorite personally, seeing a young senator organa as a murderous drug dealer.... swick
number 10 is a must see =P
Can't belive you guys included Bon cop, bad cop ! Thats fuckin awesome :P
My Top 5 Buddy Cop Films:
1.Lethal Weapon
2.Beverly Hills Cop
3.Tango & Cash
4.Rush Hour
5.Bad Boys
I agree with Lethal Weapon. That was great. I would of definitely had Red Heat in there though as James Belushi is great with Arnie in that movie.
Another great list but where is the other guys???
Definitely a favorite of the top 10. I've got 8 out of the 10 on DVD other CD so I can't disagree with list but I wouldn't be able to rank them as I like them all.
Thanks for making and uploading this video. It gets thumb up!
didn't realize how many awesome movies have cop duos
damn, rush hour is the best of em
honorable mention - keanu and busey in Point Break
They weren't buddies in the film...it was focused on Bhodi and Johnny. Busey had no interaction with him for it to be a buddy cop film
Of course, no one outside of Canada has ever seen "Bon Cop, Bad Cop", but it's a great movie and the sequel will finally be coming out next year.
the other guys...i love that movie
How did Dragnet not make the list?
Hot Fuzz best cop movie ever.
Yes it is!
Yaaaaaaaas. A fellow intellectual

BrandonTheTerribleGamer Nope. Lethal Weapon is the number 1.
As much as I adore those movies, you have to give it to Lethal Weapon.
Sam If Red Heat is underrated, than Running Scared, The Hard Way, and 2 Guns are INCREDIBLY underrated.
Sam You should really watch both Running Scared is so good.
where the hell is the other guys?
I know, right?
Before Lethal Weapon there was "48 Hours!!" Thank you Walter Hill!! The best even though one of them was a convict!
The French Connection deserved an honorable mention. Gene Hackman and Roy Scheider are the only buddy cops that got an Oscar nomination (with Hackman winning).
National Security?
I know, right?
End of watch?
I didn't think this video was actually going to be interesting, but it was. #10, to me, is probably the movie I most want to watch. Starsky and Hutch, I remember 2004 watching it in the very early morning at my cousin's place. Man, those were really fun memories.
The Other Guys! Will Ferrell & Mark Walberg were Great together!!
Does In The Heat of The Night count
The Heat.
I'm actually surprised Dragnet didn't at least get an honorable mention
And some skittles. LMAO
What about "The Other Guys?"
you should update this with the nice guys, that flick was dope!
Not a buddy cop movie. Neither one was a cop. One was a PI and the other was an enforcer.
every movie on this i have actually seen is awesome
You have too agree that hot fuzz is the funiest
I know, the plot twist is the best
1.the other guys 2. 21 jump street 3. CI
"48 Hours" was missing.
Eddie Murphy was a convict, not a cop.
Number 4 those actors always work together
The lethal weapon series are the best movie ever made
Hot Fuzz shoulda been #1
Lethal weapon movies & tango & cash are my favourite buddy cop movies :D
I'll hand it to Lethal Weapon, it was Danny Glover's soon to be retired but didn't get killed off. Thanks for having ONE movie that didn't do the cliche.

Beverly Hills Cop? The Hard Way? Shoot to Kill? Showtime? Tango & Cash? Running Scared? Red Heat? 48 HRS, 2 Guns?
Superbad is not a buddy cop movie.
It's a good movie though.
Where is end of watch
Oh the shitty movie? Not in here.
