I could remember , in the year 1977 Pathinaru Vayathinalae was released in Bhuvaneswari theatre and ran for more than 100 days. It's not Kizakhai Pogum Rail. In the same year 1977, for Deepavali Sivaji Ganesans Annan Oru Kovil was released in Bhuvaneswari and ran for 100 days.

Bharath theatre in North Madras , old name of Jayaprada theatre is Midland and a mini theatre in Midland compound is Leo theatre later known as Raj theatre. There was one Children's Theatre now re build as Kalaivanar Arangam. Madras city's biggest non A.C. theatre was Agastya in Tondiarpet. Recently closed after Corana.

தமிழ் மகன் நேர்காணல் அருமை பரிசல். எனினும் சில தகவல்களை சுட்டிக்காட்ட விரும்புகிறேன் . மை டியர் குட்டிச்சாத்தான் 3Dபடம் ரிலீஸானது சென்னையில் சத்யம் மற்றும் ஈகா திரையரங்கில் மட்டுமே .பைலட் திரையரங்கில் அல்ல .
'கிழக்கே போகும் ரயில்' ரிலீஸான தியேட்டர்கள் தேவிகலா, கமலா, அகஸ்தியா.. புரசைவாக்கம் புவனேஸ்வரியில் 16 வயதினிலே படம் தான் ரிலீஸானது. கி.போ.ரயில் அல்ல.
மேகலாவில் சிவாஜி நடித்த படங்கள் வந்ததே இல்லை என்ற குறிப்பிட்டார் அதுவும் தவறு. சிவாஜி படம் எண்பதுகளில் 'இமைகள்' மற்றும் 'ஹிட்லர் உமாநாத்' மேகலாவில் நான் பார்த்திருக்கிறேன்.பாரகன் தியேட்டர் இருந்தது கலைவாணர் அரங்கத்திற்கு எதிரே வாலாஜா சாலையில்
தற்பொழுது அப்பார்ட்மெண்ட் ஆகிவிட்டது .
பிரபாத் தியேட்டர் மற்றும் பிராட்வே அமைந்திருந்தது ஜார்ஜ் டவுனில் பிராட்வே எனும் பிரகாசம் சாலையில் அதை அவர் குறிப்பிடவில்லை. மாறாக பிரபாத் கலைவாணர் அரங்கம் எதிரில் இயங்கியதாக குறிப்பிட்டார் .அது பாரகன் என்று சுட்டிக்காட்டி இருக்கிறேன்.
தேவி தியேட்டருக்கு அருகில் உள்ளடங்கி இருந்த தியேட்டரின் பெயர் 'ப்ளாஸா'- பாரகன் என குறிப்பிட்டார் அதுவும் தவறு.
பாண்டி பஜாரில் நாகேஷ் தியேட்டர் தற்பொழுது கல்யாண மண்டபமாக ஆகிவிட்டது .அதே பாண்டி பஜாரில் டி. ஆர் ராஜகுமாரிக்கு சொந்தமான ராஜகுமாரி தியேட்டர் இருந்தது இப்பொழுது அங்கே பிக் பஜார் வணிக அங்காடி உள்ளது. அண்ணா மேம்பாலம் இறக்கத்தில் ஜீ.என். செட்டி தெருவுக்கு நடுவில் சன் தியேட்டர் என ஒரு தியேட்டரும் இருந்தது.
மேலும் சாந்தி அருகே இன்றும் இயங்கும் அண்ணா தியேட்டர் பற்றி குறிப்பிடப்படவில்லை. அண்ணா சிலைக்கு எதிரே இருக்கும் ரஹேஜா காம்ப்ளக்ஸ் என்ற இடத்தில் 'நியூ எல்பின் ஸ்டோன்' என்ற திரையரங்கம் இருந்தது. அதை நீங்கள் எலிகண்ட் என்று கேட்டு இருந்தீர்கள்.. அதற்கு தமிழ் மகன் உட்லண்ட்ஸ் தியேட்டர் இருந்த இடம் என்று கூறினார் அதுவும் தவறு. எலிகண்ட் என தியேட்டர் இருந்ததாக நான் அறிந்தது இல்லை..
நான் அறிந்தவற்றை தங்களுக்கு சுட்டி இருக்கிறேன்.

Dts ஆடியோ நன்றாக இருந்தது. திரையை பார்க்க முன்னாடி தலை மறைக்கும்.
தற்போது இயங்குகிறதா என தெரியவில்லை.
