Most of London's terrace and semidetached houses have an isolated reception room in the front, and often the kitchen has no direct access to the dining area. This plan allows for a media room that is separate but with access to the kitchen, and a family room/kitchen that faces the back garden, and which is where they will spend most of their time. I think this is a great plan!
I just found your channel after I saw one of your tiktoks. I had to instantly follow there, then come here to follow. This is the first video I've come across so far of pen and paper drafting though. I love the program you use for the others, but it's only available for iPad and I'm an android user. I prefer pen and paper anyway. I love the templates, but where do I find them?
