I don`t remember how exactly I stumbled upon your videos, but they are the best. Just AMAZING content, editing and such a inspiration!
Probably not eating for 10 days straight... That went viral
Omg the excitement of another video from this guy and his bloody brilliant editing skills! đ„°đ„ł
Awesome, hope you enjoyed it!đ
You went from 17k to 74k in a few months, thats a lot. Great workđȘ
Thank you đ
There was a time i was training 20+ hours a week. I remember one day after a bike ride, there was a wave of sudden depression. Next time i tried to push myself, it happened again. Hope all goes well for you, it's good you have a plan on fatigue. Would have been even better if you had more time to prepare.
May I ask, what were you training for at the time?
I hope you've found peace now and that you're doing well...
@@RecoveryLabTV probably weight training and bicycle. I'm fine now. It's never been a long term issue, as far as i can tell it's the body having too much exhaustion.
@@imadeyoureadthis1 thank you for taking the time to respond to me. Iâm glad to hear youâre well now. Keep up the great work!
Somebody needs to get him a recognition that he needs. Absolutely amazing. A great inspiration. Canât wait for the live ultra
I have watched many videos trying to get a clear picture of how training peaks' values work- this video is not even about that and it does a wayyyyy better job explaining it than anything else on youtube.
I took an internet break for awhile but Iâm glad that you continue to upload awesome videos on health and fitness. Wishing you the best in this competition coming up man
Thanksđ!
Great video! As a road marathoner for the past 5 years, I'm always looking for new tips on motivation, getting stronger and preventing dreaded injuries. It seems like yoga and core strength work are a great way to excel! Your post is very inspirational. As a fellow CZcamsr, I love sharing my knowledge and experiences to help other runners. I know how much goes into these videos! Keep posting - I just subscribed!
The way you edit your videos is something next level, when compared to your very first videos. Keep up your work!!
My Ultraman training plan has always included lots of beer..That worked well 25 years ago when I was young and skinny and my liver still liked me.Now,I'm fat and lazy and I have moved on to red wine. :-)
So excited for the next video Jonne :) Love the style (and content) of your videos so much!
Iâm obsessed with your content, super educational, captivating and also fun!! Canât wait to see you achieving more of your long term goals, or either short, loads of potential here! Thanks so much for being on CZcams, one of my favs đđ» love from Argentina
Huge respect for your training & many thanks for your videos. Really enjoy your content, makes my day!
Woww... I remember taking up swimming classes (for technique, since I can swim) and one was absolutely enough for one week (fatique wise..). It's so exhausting. I have immense respect! Yo go Jonne!
You really are an Inspiration to me and obviously to many others as the comment section shows! :))
Iâve let myself down for a few weeks now and let my activity Level drop pretty much, but you really motivate me to get back to it with a plan. Thank you so much for that!
Also your reading challenge has helped me get back into books, which was also something i struggeled with. So thanks again and I wish you the very best for everything to tackle! :)
So happy to have found you. Very inspirational, educative and all-around nice content. Please keep on uploading , it has really helped me find a new path in my life. Sending respect and support!
Cheers from Canada best of luck with the ultra man!
9:05 "better not overtrain myself" whilst doing like 20+ hours of exercise s weekđ
Man, you are one amazing dude! I have no idea why this channel has not taken off like a Falcon 9. Anyway, you have had a big impact on my life... having adopted the mantra âUnlazy Now!â (For more affective than âJust Do Itâ)
Love your content! Thanks!
I like you dude. I like the way you produce value. write a book! to many good information!!
Great video. The overtraining questionnaire that you cover ~12:25 is looks like a gem - thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I really love this guy focus .I pray u will succeed
Wow! Your subs are growing insanely fast. I subscribed in at 2kđ

Greetings from Poland. Your challenges are like adventures we spend together.
Always an exciting moment when i get a notification that you uploaded a new video đ

This channel deserves much much more views.......awesome videos everytime
Your channel is soooo underrated! You are amazing at creating quality content. Keep it up :)
Thank you! Will do!
@@TheUnlazyWay What is your goals for your channel? Do you consider it as your job or do you want it to become your job? What are your goals in life?
This is well done. Thanks
Please talk about yout nutrition plan for the race and training session. It would be really great. Good luck man! Very inspiring
Honestly, these videos are so helpful. Go for it. We're all with you in spirit.
I appreciate that!
Top stuff my dude. Great to see the volume of training. Video style excellent!
Appreciate it!
You can only be a good runner or a good swimmer. The legs stabilizing the body (long distances), but the propulsion comes from the upper body, especially the arms. DonÂŽt waste to much energy kicking your legs while swimming. Great Job!
Had my first triathlon cancelled this summer, not sure I'd fancy doing an ultraman instead though đ
Good luck with all your training!!
Unbelievably inspiratonal!!!! My favourite CZcamsr. Best of luck for the Ultraman event - you are gonna smash it :)
Thanks a ton!đ€©
Happy you finally shaved that damn beard đ Great video as usual!
I love this guy! I feel productive watching your videos, while procrastinating)
đ Happy to hear that!
Your videos are so damn interesting and informative, but as your channel's still got to go a long way you could have used more training parts to hook new people with your awesome editing skills! #unlazygang
Watching this video makes me feel like your body is soređđŹ Great vid as always! Also could you try the beard again, but could it be trimmed?
Bro, could you put some of your Motivation in a Package and send it to me? Good Job!.
đ
Holy shit i cant imagine how long it took you to edit this video! another great story and best of luck!
I can't wait to see you do it! We believe in you
Thank you!!
@@TheUnlazyWay
Good luck (although this is barely depending on luck at this point)! I am a ps trainer and a long distance runner. If you want some tips: 1. on your rest days do some yoga or other stretching type of activities. 2. Work on your core strength (like Supermans and sit ups etc). 3. Take good care of your joints (do warm ups, consider supplements). Otherwise itâs a great plan!!
you're amazing im anxiouuss waiting for the ultraman day it's getting closerrr good luck man all the love from Brazil!
Thanks, can't wait!
Epic!đ„đ„ I would be dead if I did that
Very fun and also motivating video! Love all the data! Too bad you weren't able to to the ultra man (it got canceled, didn't it?).
You sir, are nuts! Cant wait for the weekend. Btw, I am curious to know about the color coding you are using on your training plan schedule
Buy a VHS effect on any website.
Huge fan, do you believe in greasing the groove training method?
My partner's cousin is Rate Ratesepp !
He has the world record for 40 ultra in 40 days !
i loved those emails, hope they come back soon!
I will send more of them after the Ultraman! At the moment I'm so busy that I don't have time :)
loved the video!
So glad!
Youâre right, this was technical haha
WHAT A BEAST!!
11:49 you might benefit from Oura ring to follow your fatigue and sleep.
Can't wait for your channel to blowup â€ïžđ
đ€
hey! a bit curious what's your resting heart rate now?
love from Philippines
Only recently started to view your videos. Do like your unique way of presentation. Keep it up!
I'm really interested to know what watch you have on your wrist?
Thanks! It's Suunto Spartan Sport :)
I'm try to reach as many runners as possible on my channel. Lets stay connected. Going to start posting more content
I gladly discovered that many of the principles of resistance (weights) training are the same of endurance training, like managing volume and intensity. I train strenght and when I realize the amount of work you do, not only I thought I admire you're dedication, but also I envy the amount of food you can eat to not die because of calorie deficit *_*
đ thanks!
Your channel is awesome. Why does CZcams hate you tho?
That is a crazy training plan, but you can handle it, you are a hard worker. Btw, shouldn't you be training right now?
Bro i wanna do a marathon because of you⊠my future now looks like a loot of suffering xD
This guy didn't eat for 10 freaking DAYS!!! . A mere Ultra Marathon will be whatevs đ„± to him.
hey, excelent video as always. are you gonna rest the last week before the ultraman ? or what are you gonna do to be in optimal condtion that day ?. Greetings from colombia
Yes I am! I'm doing a 2 week taper before the Ultraman :) I explain it in more detail at 10:44
I'm 15 now and I will train for a ironman to do when I'm 16/17.
Why not start now??? Stamina training is probably the best
Divyansh I think they mean they plan to be ready to do an Ironman at 16/17. I honestly think that you should focus on shorter distances when you are so young, though.
Anyway nice table lamp
Take selenium and vitamine E its important for ur heat health good luck
I expected Ultraman from the Japanese tv series.
Never mind,
I'll watch this anyway.
Shuwatch!
Can't wait to watch the videos of the event ... I'm wondering is your knees didn't hurt you during this training ... If yes how did you deal with it ?
Awesome! I haven't had problems with my knees. My aim has been to increase the running volume slowly and improve my running technique. Focusing on those things have prevented any major running injuries.
He's good looking!.!.
Are you currently training for an Ultraseven?
Wow
Hey, um what workout-planner you're using there? Seems pretty OP.
Trainingpeaks :)
I thought this channel had 10million subs when I first saw it
I wish i can do only 5% of what you are doing but my L2/L3 herniated disk is hurting so bad.
Take care of your hip, shoulder and knee
Brođ„â€ïž
3:14 Pretty sure I'd die with a 216 bpm heart rate.
Dang Daniel
Man, why when I watch your videos, I see myself? I mean - I am preparing to ultra marathons now, I know how important is slow but consistent progress, but every time I break this rule and think like "hey, common, I promise I will listen to my body carefully, but for sure I can do much more this day... and next day... and it's kinda boring to just progress 10% per week, let's do 10% per day...@
And for now, I am not injured (well, more or less), so I start thinking that my strategy is not so bad...
Dat thumbnail doe đ
Hey dude, did you know eating a plant based diet will reduce your inflammation by 20% within a week, if I'm not mistake. Hope this might help you with your training đ. You should also maybe check out Impossible foods, they are making plant based foods that taste almost identical to regular meat, if you can't go without your meat đđ.
Very unhealthy to eat only plant diet ...especially when u working out a lot ( u need bioavaible vit A, b12, b6, d3, k2, coq10, cla, etc... )
@@martinbedrnik6039 easy enough to find most nutrients in plant based foods, supplements can be taken for the ones you might miss (even if you eat meat actually). That inflammation reduction when doing high intensity and endurance sport is pretty nice. Food for thoughts.
25 for a non pro is unusual and can't be good, except if you are unemployed and progressively increasing the training load by up to 10% per week. And of course you have to have a training cycle of 3 to 5 weeks with a recovery week at each end of cycle. + 25 hours means nothing, the most important is the quality of your quality sessions.
How can you do all that training working 8 hours a day!? :(
I see all these videos for the ultraman but no video for the results of the ultraman. Did he ever accomplish it?
Yeah! After all the training he finally got merged with an giant alien being and they work together to fight giant monsters. Really inspirational!
Is that the Alchemist under the lamp đ
Looks like it to me! đ
Yep!
3:14 you had a 216 BPM for 5 secs? wtf?
hopefully you already know that, but these competition are not possible as a natural athlete, if you really wanna do them i ll need some extra sad help
