For me, the SAS has always had an air of mystery and danger. My dad was in the army when I was younger and some of his platoon mates tried for, and got admitted to the NZSAS. I went to school with the daughter of one of them and she said one time, her family were at the dinner table when suddenly her dad gets a call. Dad just listens, no words were said, the call ends then her dad gets up from the table, leaves the house and they don’t see him for a few months. No words at all for the family; something about keeping them safe if they don’t know anything. They just know he’s in the SAS and he has to leave like that sometimes

From my understanding the person being interviewed was a sas soldier who was off duty and happen to be nearby to a hotel when a group of armed men stormed it and took hostages. Not exactly sure but I believe this man geared up from what he had in his vehicle and went solo into the hotel and killed all 5 armed men. Saving many of the people inside. He isn’t shitting, a long time ago I talked to a man named Tony Rafferty, he was (or maybe still is) a runner, he loved ultra marathons. He talked about super performance and “out of body performances”. At the time I talked to Mr. Rafferty, I had just got out of the Army where I served in Special Forces. In Special Forces the number of stories about “out of body performances” in very dangerous very high stress combat situation were prolific, so much so that if you try to tell people they scoff and look at you as a liar. I have a shirt, I saved it, I was wearing in one of those situations, the shirt has 8 bullet holes in it, I never got even a scratch. I found the 2 holes in the lower front riding on the helicopter out. I found the others when I took the shirt off after getting back.
This dude was born to do what he did. Nothing more, nothing less. His entire life experience up to that point was to mold him into the perfect individual to handle a situation like that. The fact that his own government punished him for doing the right thing is exactly why people hate and distrust the government.

He isn’t shitting, a long time ago I talked to a man named Tony Rafferty, he was (or maybe still is) a runner, he loved ultra marathons. He talked about super performance and “out of body performances”. At the time I talked to Mr. Rafferty, I had just got out of the Army where I served in Special Forces. In Special Forces the number of stories about “out of body performances” in very dangerous very high stress combat situation were prolific, so much so that if you try to tell people they scoff and look at you as a liar. I have a shirt, I saved it, I was wearing in one of those situations, the shirt has 8 bullet holes in it, I never got even a scratch. I found the 2 holes in the lower front riding on the helicopter out. I found the others when I took the shirt off after getting back.

The sword shown in the video (as per Chris's description : curved, double tip) is called Zulfiqar. It was a special type of sword that our fourth Rashidun Caliph, Ali ibn Abu Talib used. He was the cousin of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and a great warrior.
