I loved to hear that cause any time I have an issue I'm trying to address in my body, I go to an anatomy chart to better understand what I should be doing.

This is all facts. I didn’t know what was going on when I got cramps, then my doctor told me it’s because getting lean and drying out can cause cramps.

In my opinion, it would have been very, very difficult for Team USA to win the gold medal in 2008 without Black Mamba.
Kobe had a huge impact on the team culture and work ethic. He also saved Team USA in the final against Spain. When the team was under pressure, Kobe took control and did what he's always done because he can handle pressure like no other.

Yes. What is interesting is those pads of fat are adaptive, if weight is gained, or if you are on hard surfaces all day, your body will distribute fat to the area for protection.

As a smaller lean guy who does lots of physical activities this actually kinda makes sense why my feet kill me sometimes. Bc I’m only 130 it doesn’t make sense for my feet to kill me from walking around but this would explain it.
