How to differentiate between a mass and fibroid? Is vascularity reveal it?
Yes, a cancerous mass will show internal vascularity and a more heterogeneous appearance.
Thanks a world, respected teacher ❤

Greetings! Thank you for watching and for your suggestions!
I am 27 years old. I have severe cramps on all days of periods and heavy bleeding. I was diagnosed with pcod after a ultrasound of pelvic region it wasn't a trans vaginal one. I am taking birth control pills from the last 3 months. There is no improvement in the pain. Should i get mri of pelvic region? Or just uterus? So that my condition could be ruled out. Because the pain is really severe. I have to take 3 painkillers a day to function. That makes 12 painkillers in 4 days. 😢😢 I have acute pain in my anus too. So i was wondering is it intestinal endometriosis?? What should i do?
I'm very sorry to hear that. Please consult with your gynecologist. A pelvic MRI will be helpful in diagnosis. Best Wishes!
