    YESSSS!!! I always educate bout "cyst" vs follicle. makes me CRAZY that they then have follow-ups over & over for these 1.8cm CYSTS. 🤯

    Good use of u tube for learning purpose...highly appreciating your efforts to give knowledge to those working in remote areas without any guidance or assistance, here's one request please add real time images of probe maneuvering while taking these images.This addition could be valuable in a clearer and accurate learing...thank you again, reste beni!

    You haven't uploaded the endovaginal protocol for non ob. That would really help me with my scanning using the T-vag transducer.

    how to differentiate normal sized normal looking ovaries from normal sized polycystic ovaries assuming stromal echogenicity as subjective?
    any relevance for Nebothian cyst since some authors claim they represent chronic cervicitis?

    • @SonographicTendencies
      @SonographicTendencies  Před 3 lety +2

      Ultrasound is not required for PCOS diagnosis. But stromal echogenicity, peripheral follicles “string of pearls” and increased volume can aid in diagnosis. Often times though the ovaries look normal.

      Always go to the opposite side and angle towards the ovary. Like for the left ovary scan from the right side of the bladder and angle towards the left..
