Unless there was an outright application of equality before the law without exception; exemption as a member of a minority [wider 'national' context] along cultural lines would over-ride any accusation of misogyny. The accuser would still be labelled a hater and face criminal investigation effectively acting as a tool of discouragement.

In Iraq a father spoke out against the person in charge, they shattered his daughters spine and she became paraplegic. In another modern progressive country in that part of the world a young girl complained to the police about her grandfather sexually assaulting her and the police took her straight back to her family. They buried her alive and built a chicken shed on top of her grave. They were found out but would they have been punished? One of my own female relatives was walking home from school in a town not far from London and a pupil of that school was stabbed to death as they walked. Another member of the family,a child, was asked for help by another school friend who had been raped in a takeaway toilet. The list of crimes against women goes on and on.

In the eyes of the law we are all ‘Humans’. It matters not whether one ‘Human’ has ancestry in the U.K. going back 500 yrs or another ‘Human’ arrived this morning on a dinghy. Any crimes committed by a ‘Human’ from Afghanistan will be dealt with in the same way as a crime committed by an indigenous ‘Human’ , or at least we assumed that was that was the case until 2 Tier policing was finally recognised for what it is.
The government (both Tory and now Labour) ascribe to globalist ideology and where one was born is immaterial and we, the British people just have to accept living next to Afghans or Roma.
In fact the Labour Party have promised to make sure we all get a taste of diversity by moving asylum seekers to every town in England.
So, as a German diversity festival mourned the death of 3 people stabbed and we mourners the murder of 3 little girls stabbed by an immigrant we are just meant to shut up, accept it or go to jail if we decide to object

A few years ago I lived in a flat, one of four in the big house. There was a social tenant who had this habit of leaving the front door open and sitting on the step smoking and chatting with friends. The fireman once told me he couldn't get into her flat because she was a horder. So, as I was climbing over her to leave the house, I politely asked her not to leave the door open because it was the middle of winter and my flat was freezing. I walked down the road and this woman, grossly overweight, and covered in facial piercings, came running up to me and shoved me in a violent rage. My reaction was to say "Are you crazy, what are you doing?" . So, i've suffered from chronic anxiety and depression all my life and have taken antidepressants since I was 16. A couple hours later I received a call from the police who said they were considering charging me for a hate crime! The idea of going through life with a criminal record for a hate crime is not something I wanted because I have no hate whatsoever in my heart. .I've never been arrested. Even if I dislike religion or whatever, I always make the distinction between an ideology and the people who follow it. I don't hate any group of people, even those who have hurt others, or wronged me in some way, I wouldn't waste my time with being consumed by hatred. So, I was assaulted and yet here I was apologising profusely for using the word crazy in a way we do, not literally, when someone behaves a certain way. Nobody would think I was referring to her mental health issues which I didn't know anything about, how would I? I wasn't charged but it worries me that people are being called racist when they don't like the misogyny or homophobia found in the Islamic teachings or expressing concern over immigration. All we have is our name, our reputation. It's shocking how freely you can be called hateful, racist, or a even a pedophile. A school friend had a girlfriend a year or two younger when I was a teenager and I saw a newspaper article calling him a pedophile! I felt so sorry for him, I knew him when I was 4 years old and to see someone destroy his name was unfair and we need to be careful with stretching the meaning of such words as racist, pedophile, etc.

Of COURSE misogyny isn't the same as terrorism. About 30 seconds ago on the geological time-scale people would remark with a wry grin what a misogynist this or that curmudgeonly character was, typically some tweedy Oxford don, bachelor for life, cooped with his fellow misogynists over their pipes and brandy. And it was even endearing in its own way. They'd found their niche, preferred to be with men, not with women very much. Not hatred. Not abuse. Just a preference. Certainly not a crime. Free world, more power to 'em. And whether or not "misogyny" is that sort of innocuous preference or even, let's posit, a genuine, seething internal hatred (the primary victim of which is, obviously, the wretch himself), in ANY case it's a feeling, a thought, an internal state. Feelings ARE NOT CRIMES. People ARE allowed to hate. There's another word: hate. "We need to root out hate in our society!" So crow the perniciously power-lusting would-be tin gods obsessed with controlling not only what everybody does but what everybody thinks and feels. Until a feeling, ANY feeling, boils over into act, there's no question of its being criminal, let alone "terrorism" (please).
