"Blooming" is just my favorite BAND-MAID song. It's a cocktail of every member's skills pushed to the limits.
My favorite part of the song is the second verse just at the beginning of Kanami's tapping, followed by the half tempo drum beats, the guitar riff and Saiki impersonating Busta Rhymes
For me my favorite part of the song is...hell I have none. I love the entire song from beginning to end. Also one of my fav B-M songs.

In my opinion BLOOMING is one of Band-Maid's finest moments - filled to the brim with nuances, there is such a lot to like about this masterpiece. And what impresses me every time is the fact that this affluence of beauty is delivered to our ears in less than 4 minutes (!) - not many are able to do that.

This song is a great example of Mincho-san's awesome songwriting skills.
Actually she didn't write the entire song like normal. This is one of her "Homework" style songs. She wrote the base melody. Then she told the rest of the girls to write their own parts.
@@yolandria appreciate the info. I would assume though that she was responsible for the overall structure of the song. They are so outside the norm when it comes to song structure.

What a phenomenal band, great at mixing genres. Might I suggest moratorium (live) or Reincarnation (music video) for their heavier side if you so please. Can't really go wrong with whatever you react to though

You can’t go wrong with any Band-Maid song. They are sitting on top of the hard rock world. Japan is really killing it for sure. If you want to check out yet another killer Japanese band then you must see Broken By The Scream. They feature women vocalists.. one gal does screams... one gal does low growls.. two gals sing in a j-pop style. And they are backed by a metal sounding band. A lot of their song titles are in Japanese so I can’t type a specific recommendation.. if your interested just check out any of their videos they have out. Or someone on here can tag a good video to check out. 🤟🏻
