TOPIC SUGGESTION🥺: How to help an African Father who always claims he's fine all the time yet suffering from inside because he has so many issues and thinks me as his daughter can't help. My brothers too can't help in the name of "men issues". Mum has tried and she is always ignored and she can't help anymore. Generally, how do we deal with the chauvinistic fathers who are always "men" even when the world is burning for them? Benjamin Zulu, please say something in one of these episodes. I'll greatly appreciate that. I am so worried about it especially now in an economic, social and environmental crises. 🥰

Abnormal psychology i grew up in that kind of a setup am 28 it still affects me to date i guess it's about time I get help .
