Porto - Best places to eat and things to do || Travel guide

I appologize for the repetitive times I said "Amazing" but if there's one word to describe Porto, that's the one!
We enjoyed it so much and we loved almost everything about it!
If Porto is not yet on your travel list, you should definitely put it up there! The food is plenty and delicious! The service impeccable in most places and the hospitality on another level!
It's not in my usual things to do a trael guide video but I wanted to show you guys that even when I travel, the nutrition is my main priority. I reserved the restaurants in advance and I sugest you do the same.
Here is the list with a few restaurants and places we've been:
Hotel: The Lodge *****
- hospitality, services, food, every detail 10/10
- we highly recomend this hotel even though it's in Gaia, the walk is not long and it makes you explore the other side of the bridge, plus the view from the hotel it's splendid!
- price was lower than some average hotels in the city center and this is a five star hotel!
Dinner Restaurant: Mistu 10/10
- the ingredients and combination of taste it's next level!
- service and hospitality it's lovely!
- there's a reason why we cancelled another restaurant to come to Mistu two days in a row!
Mercado do Bolhao:
- beautiful market with a huge variety of things
- go in the morning and buy a few things, you won't regret!
Lunch Restaurant: Cantina 32 8/10
- it was our first time having a full octopus and it was all worth it!
- the food was good and we enjoyed it
- there is space for improvement for the service
Bookshop Livraria da Lello 10/10
- if you love books, that's your spot!
- gorgeous library!
- make sure you buy the gold ticket (15.9e) so you won't stay in line and you receive a free book
Calem Cellar tour 7/10
- for someone who is a wine lover this might be interesting but for us it was boring
- the wine to taste was very sweet
- also quite an expensive tour 25e/person
- one thing we loved was the Fado concert in the end!
Brasao Aliados 5/10
- unfurtunately this was the biggest dissapointment
- the service very nice but the food was nothing to crave for
- I'm sorry guys but francesinha was inedible
Football match Porto vs Benfica
- one of the highlits of our journey in Porto!
- phenomenal atmosphere, something that we will remember for a long time!
Lunch: Honest Greens 10/10!
- the biggest surpirse was this restaurant!
- the combination of fresh ingredients, vegetables, spices, sauces, meats was something else!
- I can't reccomend this restaurant enough! We loved it!
I hope this video helped you in case you want to travel. Make sure you stay with your nutrition on track. Pack some high protein snacks with you and choose the best restaurants! Enjoy Porto!

How could you not like "Brasão's francesinha"?! That is absolutely impossible! 🙃

The idea of the recipe comes from people from Portugal who tried to put together ingredients that they had left and create something nice from "scrap". The problem nowadays is that restaurants still use the same bad ingredients 😅 The bread and meat was the worst quality and the cheese was impossible to eat. I'm not a picky eater but this was really bad.

Depending on whom I'm travelling with. If I'm with my fiance which is also a fitness person then we both feel amazing. If I'm with someone that doesn't care at all about nutrition and focuses only on alcohol then yes, I can be very annoying 😁
